符合客户需求的服務才是有效的服務。酒店的設計考慮了採光明亮，同時也帶來了温室效應，夏天很熱，但走廊卻不開空調，也沒有通風，因為是封閉的大窗。入住房間是午後，正是大雨將至時的悶熱，開了空調然後去樓上吃飯，回來空調已處關閉狀態，不知是智能還是人為。服務生説冰箱可以暢飲，打開一看被氣笑了，原來衹有兩瓶300多毫升的雪碧。最令人不爽的是拿着兩張餐券想打包兩份早餐走，餐廳女領班斬釘截鐵地告知：酒店規定所有客人必須在餐廳吃早餐，不許打包走！這樣的服務，哪怕有再多的服務員盯着你説“你好”又有什麼用？反反覆覆被“你好”打擾，也是一種煩惱。節約的理念是好的，但不能節約到客人身上，更不能當客人是壞人，會多吃多拿，畢竟我們是花了錢的。
