民宿距離德天瀑布入口步行300米左右，遊客服務中心購票後需要坐景交車單程差不多10公里才能抵達景區門口，所以住景區門口就省去了購買景交的費用，而且方便第二天一早入園，我們是自駕先抵達售票處購買單獨門票80元，完了直接開進民宿，如果沒有預訂景區門口附近民宿是不讓開進去的，裏面不少住宿，這家看評論停車方便，大家評論都不錯，的確民宿老闆娘很友好，耐心解答各種遊玩問題，房間也很寬敞，整體還是比較乾淨的，設施肯定不能和星級酒店比，所以看自己需求是什麼，德天名聲在外，總要來看看吧，推薦這家民宿不錯！

酒店就在德天景區入口處，名為中越風情街的地方，民宿小吃購物集中的區域，非常便利。店主很實在，電話諮詢景區事項時，詳細告訴我們如何購票如何停車和遊覽時間等等，還告訴我們先上官網買到景區票再訂房，非常熱情誠懇！
訂的山景房，有電梯（有些民宿上樓沒電梯），大的落地窗很舒服。
環境不錯！入園吃住超方便！店主實在！

來德天瀑布遊玩，昨晚訂的這家民宿，兩間豪華雙床房，很滿意！老闆人很好👍民宿乾淨整潔，房間也大，有電梯，門口可以停車（旺季人多時有可能車位不夠要自費停附近停車場），在民宿就可以提前購買門票，很方便👏，早餐就附近走幾步來就有吃的，雖然有點小貴，但味道還可以，民宿離景點入口約200米（省去景區坐擺度車進來的錢了），早上8點半我們走路過去遊玩了兩個多小時，11點左右回來洗個澡收拾好12點再退房，輕鬆又舒服！👍👍

房間很大，景區裏面這個條件算很不錯了，走兩百米就到景區門口，超方便，還有評論裏有説説停車費，我們沒有人收啊，店裡人態度都很好的，有茶台可以泡茶喝，主要床墊真的很舒服，我很喜歡。

在景區內，走路5-6分鐘就能到景區入口。老闆可以代買門票，省去了坐觀光車的錢了。早點入園，遊玩完，還可以回來休息一下再退房。

在德天瀑布這裏衹能選擇民宿，民宿就不要有大多要求，有電梯。衹要不是太差，習慣五星好評，畢竟經營不易。。房間看圖，真實。這家最好的是地理位置，更適合自駕的朋友，門口方便停車，目測四周的地方，他家（停車場）最大，正停門口。離德天跨國瀑布景區門口走路5.6分鐘。住這裏雖説可以節約電瓶車的錢，但是記得提前買票，因為臨時過來衹能網上買套票了。單獨的門票要到景區售票處才能購買。這點非常不方便。白花了35×3=105元。一家三口入住這個房間夠了。兩張1.5的大床。供後面的小夥伴參考。
