Perfect hotel. Chic and comfortable. Great breakfast! The omelette in particular was so delicious. Very friendly staff and very attentive. Various restaurants. Again and again.

Der Slogan ist Programm! Gäste fühlen sich hier sofort zu Hause. Der freundliche Empfang, die grosszügigen Zimmer und vor allem die gelebte Nachhaltigkeit überzeugen sofort. So kann man als Gast wählen, ob das Zimmer gemacht werden soll oder nicht, ob Shampoo oder Bodylotion ist alles in grossen Dispensern vorhanden. Die Zimmerkarte ist aus Holz, das alles beeindruckt sehr. Auch das Frühstück im Restaurant Apollo ist ausgezeichnet. Die Gäste erwartet ein reichhaltiges Buffet und die Eierspeisen werden frisch in der Showküche zubereitet. Konfitüren sind hausgemacht und regionale Spezialitäten Programm. Ein vier Sterne Hotel in dem es keine Wünsche gibt - oder doch? In der Lobby und in den Restaurants läuft von früh bis spät Loungemusik! Ob der Musikteppich gefällt oder nicht ist sicher Geschmackssache. Jedoch könnten in Themenrestaurants wie dem "Pulsa Fonduestübli" oder dem asiatischen "Golden Dragen" der Musikteppich jeweils dem stilvollen optischen Ambiente angepasst werden. Auch Technoangehauchte Loungemusik am frühen Morgen zum Frühstück ist dann schon sehr speziell. Hier hat es nach unserer Ansicht nach noch ein Detail an dem zu arbeiten ist.

Très bel contemporain, accueil parfait ainsi que les chambres grandes et modernes. Situation idéale au centre ville avec remontée mécanique en face. nous sommes allés entre 8 amis et sommes tous très satisfait et retournerons volontiers.

Liebes Grischateam, nach etwas über einem Jahr Abwesenheit, habe ich es endlich mal wieder geschafft mich von euch überraschen zu lassen. Ich wurde schon beim Empfang wie immer herzlich willkommen geheissen und den 20.-Sfr Gutschein ist schon eine sehr schöne Geste. Im Zimmer angekommen (mit kostemlosen Upgrade), kam sogleich die zweite Überraschung, eine handgeschriebene Karte. Als wäre dass schon nicht genug, entdeckte ich nach einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Jakobshorn, eine reich bestückte Bündnerplatte mit frischem Brot 😍 Ich möchte mich von tiefsten herzen bei euch bedanken, euch liegt der Gast wirklich am Herzen. Oh how the other half live... A brilliant hotel, huge rooms, but bed's not as comfortable as you might expect, close to the railway station so easy travel. Very helpful staff came in early to get our group breakfasted so we could start travelling early. Co-op and other shops nearby were very convenient, and for Switzerland reasonably priced.
