大同，中國大同，大氣的城市。這家酒店完全超出我們的預期，不僅是硬件，軟件也相當過硬，所有工作人員都面帶微笑，禮貌有加，不卑不亢。服務細節拉滿，從入店的第一瓶水開始，温熱的礦泉水，暖和了所有來店的客人！
我們一行8人，四大四小，兩個房間正正好！
另外特別感謝餐廳工作人員，孩子早餐結束後，牙套裹在餐巾紙裏忘帶了，等10多分鐘後回過神來餐桌已經清理乾淨，但是兩位大姐毫不猶豫，問清楚是什麼東西之後返回到餐餘垃圾收集處，一件一件扒拉開仔細尋找，最終成功找到！特別感謝🙏

嗯嗯嗯，家庭房四張床，高低床娃娃喜歡，面積不大，至少可以住6個人，早餐一般，周邊可以逛街，還算方便。

帶娃春節前來大同玩兒，正好趕上大雪，温度驟降，酒店工作人員服務熱情，一進門就有暖和和的茶水，早餐也有大同特色的削麪和鍋盔，整體都不錯。
親子房寬敞，還配有各種適合孩子的玩具和書籍，娃和毛絨玩具們過家家玩了好久。。。
接送站和古城接送服務也非常貼心，方便遊客出行，給個贊👍

環境非常好，服務也很熱情，前台的工作人員、餐廳和客房的服務員、司機都很好，這一次的大同遊住璞隱是絕對的正確選擇。
房間很大，配的沙發床對於帶着大孩兒出門的我們真是太友好了。
接送機、接送滑雪、去古城……享受了很多的增值服務，物超所值。
孩子有網課作業，前台小姐姐還幫忙打印，很方便。
原本住了三天，又續兩晚，把其他酒店退了，可以證明我們全家都很滿意住在璞隱，謝謝各位工作人員了。

每次出差都在這裏住一週到二十多天，已經快住成家的感覺了！最重要的是這家酒店團隊的工作人員真的是給人一種家的感覺，專業性毋庸置疑，更讓人舒服的是熱情的態度和服務中很多細節的體現！環境設備及衞生方面是不用去顧慮的，除了舒適就是舒適！尤其今天約了早晨送高鐵站，因為自己改簽記錯了時間的緣故，上車才發現時間基本已經不夠了，本計劃重新買票了，哪成想司機師傅知道後在保證安全的前提之下一路上靠着嫻熟的車技和穩定的心態將我安全準時送達了高鐵站！真的很感謝！感謝你們的團隊無時無刻站在客户的角度上，帶給了我賓至如歸的感覺！祝新年快樂，生意興隆！

反向旅遊，淡季更值得，因為三大一小，特意訂了建國璞隱大同永泰店的親子房，帶有上下鋪滑梯，孩子很喜歡，房內有很多孩子玩的玩具及繪本圖書，很適合帶小寶的家庭，有管家服務，有事情響應很快，前台服務及客房服務都很給力，很有服務意識，為住客着想，客房內衞生也挺好，自助早餐很豐富，特色削麪味道也很好，交通也很便利，下次來還定這裏
