首先很感謝老闆給我升房，我定的是2人間給我升成5人間考慮，是提前入住，還是比較靈活，但是，辦理完入住以後由於我們朋友來找我坐一會我們一共2個人還有2個朋友過來找我也就是4個人，老闆就説這樣不行需要補房費，第一，去任何酒店別管我定幾人間，晚上23點之前走了就可以，不然就得登記這個公安要求，第二我明確告知老闆五人間的布草我衹動我對象兩人間的布草，不會動其他的布草，不會再次產生布草清洗費用，後來最終還是換回了2人間，折騰了個啥，差評並不是因為這個升房這個問題，是因為你一個酒店2人間賣130一次性拖鞋收費2元一雙，你的酒店訊息頁介紹是擺設嗎，要不是阿姨給拿了2雙拖鞋我還得另外買兩雙一次性拖鞋，然後2人間浴巾就1塊毛巾就一塊，跟前台反應房間升級的這個前台直接一句，你別跟他説他也做不了主你去跟老闆説去，就這麼叼，你可真的就是掙前台的錢哈，就負責開房登記，基礎的處理客訴的應對方案都沒有聯繫老闆去哇，還有那個電腦，我真的不想説了你作為一個主打電競的酒店，電腦打英雄聯盟都卡我真服了總之無論是衞生還是服務態度設施設備都極差
