The staff was very friendly even though we don't speak Chinese. The hotel and room are big and mostly clean.
No coffee or tea were available at breakfast so for westerners who are not used to having Chinese breakfast i'd suggest not to include breakfast

Affordable price, relatively new four-star hotel. The view outside the room window is okay. The bath center on the first floor is said to be free for hotel guests, so I didn't go there. The breakfast is rich, with freshly made noodles, haggis, and fresh fruit.
There is no USB charging port in the room.

The room was full on the day we checked in. We asked for two pillows but they didn't have any. The bathroom was flooded when we took a shower. The kids wanted to watch TV but it didn't work. We called the front desk and they said it was broken. We took the kids to have breakfast but the eldest was a little over the height limit so we had to pay for it. This was the first time I had to pay for breakfast with my kids after staying in so many hotels in the past year. Except for the convenience of parking, there was nothing that made me happy.
