離善化寺，九龍壁，關帝廟比較近，出來不遠就是鼓樓東街。門口有收費停車場，但衚衕較窄不好出入。設施和衞生間衞生一般吧，床和沙發床一翻身就發出很大聲音，吵醒好幾次。

酒店的位置特別好，鬧中取靜，周邊去鼓樓，古城牆，太平樓，代王府，九龍壁，法華寺，善化寺，華嚴寺，文廟，帝君廟，關帝廟都非常近，出門拐彎走幾步到巷口就是東南邑，特別好。下次還選這裏。

老闆們的服務很好，每天都把早晨送到房間外面的小桌子上，還送了西瓜。院落很舒服，坐着靜靜發呆也是好的。但是房間的硬件設施硬傷非常影響體驗，最煩人的就是浴室排水問題，就開花灑把身子淋濕那麼短的時間，地面就已經積起水潭了，臉洗完了衣服也洗了水還沒退完。此外，沙發床有點小。總而言之，如果一晚300左右我不會那麼挑剔，但旺季已經飆升到700/晚了，衹能體驗一下民居氛圍，但住宿體驗總體不如標準酒店。
