The service was inconsistent, requiring many inquiries. The room was similar to the pictures, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast set was acceptable.
One thing was outrageous: the KTV platform right outside the room door was loud and clattering, and I was forced to play for over an hour. It took several angry conversations before it stopped.

度假院子在餘家寨湖邊，好像是總共十個度假院子，我們定的其中一個，去了之後運營小哥哥給溝通後升一級住了8號院，院子面積很大，裝修的非常有格調，有品味！二層還有個大大的露台，天氣好人多的時候露台打撲克一定非常舒服！院子有兩個房間，還配備了廚房露台，院子，還有移動的音響！我們去了是燒烤的，運營小哥哥和房務肖大姐熱情的給我們準備了木炭和燒烤架，細心且周到，體驗感非常好，雖然房間不算便宜，但是感覺很值！下次組織燒烤還會考慮到這裏來！
