酒店服務特別差！前台一個女的完全是在亂搞，提前一天預訂的房間，到了告訴我們超過預約時間訂單就自動取消了，提前打電話給酒店的時候也是這個女的，態度很不好的説訂單被自動取消了，住過這麼多酒店從來沒見過有這種説法的！業務不熟練就不要讓她出來接待客人！整個酒店管理完全是亂成一鍋粥，體驗太差勁了！而且離店也沒給伴手禮，訂酒店的時候承諾的服務一個都做不到

設施齊全環境很好，一看就是新酒店。位置距離雲岡石窟半小時左右非常不錯！酒店自助種類很多也不貴，國慶前住不到 300 元，走前還有伴手禮一份，強烈推薦下次再來！

設施：不錯。就是隔音一般，隔壁打掃，小孩的聲音一清二楚。呵呵（ꄱੈˍꄱੈ） 。而且三樓的洗衣房太擁擠，感受一般。

給升級了房型房間超大的，房間有小冰箱，洗衣烘乾設備也不錯，去古城距離公交站三百多米打車也不遠，酒店工作人員服務態度都很好
房間淋浴噴頭出水方向亂且壓強大建議定期檢查更換，洗漱台玻璃有水漬遺留痕跡顯臟打掃時要留意

路過大同，對比選了這家酒店，入住時間已經是晚上十點多了，長者孩子都很累，沒來的及拍照，環境很好，房間體驗感超級棒，乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐熱情禮貌，服務周到，帶着孩子還送了小童拖鞋，退房時還送了伴手禮，性價比很高，強烈推薦！
