The hotel was newly opened in June and has the following problems: 1. There is still some smell in the room. The store put a lot of charcoal bags. Be careful with children. 2. There is no floor towel at the bathroom door. It is very easy to slip after taking a shower. Elderly and children should be careful. 3. The hotel has only two floors and does not provide any mosquito repellent items such as mosquito coils. When asked, they said that no guests have reported any reports of mosquitoes. The hotel has only been open for half a month, so how reliable are the previous feedbacks? 4. Only one shower cap was provided in the quadruple room. When asked, they said they did not provide shower caps. 5. The quadruple room only provides two bottles of water per day, no additional water is provided 6. After checking out, we were told that we owed 15 yuan for a bucket of water. They said that the water in the room was charged, but we didn’t see any buckets of water in the room. Their attitude was very bad. They directly said that we owed money for a bucket of water. 7. We booked a quad room because we were traveling with two children. The information online said there were two 1.8-meter beds, but in reality there were two 1.5-meter beds. In the beginning, they wanted to give us a triple room (one 1.5-meter bed and one 1.2-meter bed) in an attempt to fool us. 8. Generally speaking, it is a small shop opened by a private couple.
