The staffs are really friendly and ready to help. The location is out of the main attraction area, but makes it rather easy without having to face all the traffic. They even offered pickup and drop off services to the railway station

Highly recommended . The lady at the front desk is warm and considerate. Bottled water can be found everywhere in the corridors of the hotel and can be taken for free. The laundry room is also very good and the room is clean and tidy…..

I really love this hotel, it's very clean and cosy. Everything is new, they have delicious breakfast, have many free water and snacks, give fruit every day. Everything is very comfortable, good placement, friendly to foreigners

我和男友一起入住的，入住當天他身上開始癢，第二天我也出現紅色斑點，四天晚上身體多處出現過敏，撓完後變成這種結痂。我也換了酒店，酒店不承認自己床品有問題，並且説我個人體質原因，今天緊急就醫了，確診過敏性皮炎。如果是一個人的體質原因，不可能兩個都過敏，我網上查過了，蟎蟲以及強鹼性洗滌劑會造成過敏。大家自行避坑，目前正在用葯，觀察身體有沒有更嚴重的反應

算是在大同居住過的比較滿意的酒店！
優秀的地方很多，乾淨衞生、設施齊全、空調／衞浴／床品給力、飲水和飲料給足、服務親切到位、交通方便、早餐也不錯。
不足主要有幾點:
1、被子太厚，空調開到19度，蓋上都熱。
2、真心不喜歡這樣自動沖洗的馬桶🚽！看上去很智能，實際上半夜起來使用，很容易吵到沉睡的家人。

前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，進門還有免費的綠豆湯和酸梅湯送，退房時還有伴手禮送，酒店樓道到處可見瓶裝水，可免費拿取，洗衣房也很好，房間乾淨整潔，看着就寬敞明亮，非常智能，叫小度小度能打開空調電視等，真的很贊👍，對了，早餐更加滿意，品種豐富，花樣繁多。
