服務態度惡劣，平台顯示六張床，實際房間衹有四張，要求退房以時間太晚為由不給取消訂單，沒有提前告知沒有六床房卻説告知了，詢問酒店人員説平台數據錯誤，拒不承擔責任，態度蠻橫霸道。請各位入住旅客此條消息一定要仔細閲讀慎重入住！

挺好的 新開的一家電競酒店 裝修很新穎 床品舒服 還有投影大屏幕 看電視綜藝都可以 地點在百盛太和滙廣場 門口保安亭登記下即可免費停車 這點挺方便的

就是想過會很差，但沒想到所有的都集齊了。公共廁所和淋浴在一起，房間有黴味，廁所的臭味也能聞的到，前台小哥哥還不錯，就是經常不在線。
