I came here to play when there were fewer people and I avoided the peak hours. The environment was pretty good, the room was clean, and the staff was very nice. It is worth recommending and I will come again in the future.

Great location. Comfortable apartment. Great service. There was a urine smell in the corridor over the weekend, but a very hard working cleaner cleaned the floors and windows thoroughly and the bad odour dissipated. Overall excellent and homely apartment.

Get More for Less Great location; clean, well appointed, comfortable apartment; staff at DWSSA are helpful; and there was a beautiful welcome basket chilled for my arrival. We visit Darwin regularly and this will be our new go-to for accommodation. Cost less than a hotel and gives you heaps more. Give it a go.

Standard is worse than a hostel. Terrible won’t stay here again, I’ve stayed in hostels that have higher standards of cleaning. It all started with booking a room that had photos showing views of the waterfront and wharf views, which were either misleading or I wasn’t given the wrong room…… To be given a room with views of the mouldy green windows and a mould/smelly room to be moved rooms to another poor room that had linen with urine stain marks on it…… When you pay many hundreds of dollars per night, this is totally unacceptable. Once I brought these to the attention of staff, even showing photos and videos I was made out as if I was being high maintenance. Save your money stay in a hostel.
