Worst experience with the room and also with the reception desk. Stinky room with low quality bed and amenities. Bathrooms are filled with cheap air fresheners which is intolerable. No parking also far from mall road. No availability of any kind of fan too.

Very good and really loved the stay, good breakfast service and pretty helpful service. Room service was very nice, and staff were very good. Thanks for all the time and such a good accompaniment, would visit again soon when I will be in Darjeeling

Dirtiest room I've ever seen .......all the utensils are uncleaned, water in the water bottle, almirahs are broken, chair seats in the room are torn,The staff is very impolite,arrogant and mannerless. Receptionists are trying to make fool of another person in their local language. Never ever come to Yuma hotel.

The service was extremely well the staff was very polite.even i forgot my wallet in the room they contacted us are gave the as it was. The management system is very good and hotel rooms are also good. The food served here is very good 👍👍 anyone can visit this hotel it is definitely good

Excellent service, nice and tidy rooms, the location is very near to town square. It was a good experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were well lit. Toilets were clean. I didn’t have any issues, I will definitely recommend this place

Very good ambiance with good location and the stuffs were very helpful. Good experience with Yuma and the food were delicious with good quality. Definately should come with your family. It is also gives you the haritage of the place and the view also good .

We have excellent experience in food, lodging, house keeping and behaviour. Enjoyed Kanchenjunga from bed. Budget friendly. Wish to visit again. We strongly recommend to stay here with family or friends and experience it once. thank you

Liked the hotel & all staff, particularly Sujan ji who was very cordial. Hotel rooms & service was excellent.👍👍liked it very much. Hotel car service is excellent. Location is also very good. I recommend everybody this hotel during Darjeeling stay.
