The conditions are probably poor because it is in a small town. There are no slippers or hair dryers in the room. I asked the waiter for a hair dryer, but it was taken away on the third day. I don't know what the heck is going on. The restaurant is located on B1. The music was deafening from breakfast on, and the music lasted until 10:30 at night, which also reflects the love of music for San Ge. Of course, don't expect the room to be soundproof. In addition, the hotel only provides vegetarian food, so if you mind, you'd better leave.

The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

I had a wonderful stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa Darjeeling. The rooms were very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Really appreciate the service from the Front Desk Team especially Anisha and Pratik were very good. Also the Restaurant food was very healthy and tasty.

We had a very comfortable stay we booked for premium valley view room. We were welcome with khada upon arrival room was very neat and clean we really enjoyed the food at restaurant. Hospitality was really great we really like the service Thanks to Ujwal, Anisha and Pratik

We had a great experience at udaan hotel Darjeeling we booked for 2 rooms it was very neat and clean the view from the room was amazin. Food at grains restaurant was really tasty and had vast option at buffet. Hotel was near to mall road and station Thanks to Saroj and Pratik for their assistance upon check out will visit soon

My stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites & Spa was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding team! Anjali from the reservations team was incredibly responsive and made the booking process so easy. Prateek at the front desk welcomed us warmly and ensured a smooth experience throughout. A special thanks to Mr. Rahul Sanyal, the F&B Manager, for his professionalism and prompt service. He was attentive, open to feedback, and went the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience. Highly recommend Udaan for their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction. It was our first time at Darjeeling we booked our stay at Udaan Himalayan. We were welcome with Khada and Darjeeling tea. Our stay was really comfortable room was neat and clean the ambience of the hotel was really amazing Food at restaurant had lots of variety Thanks to Anisa, Pratik and Vansita
