I am fully satisfied with the resort. For me this is a 10/10 property,rooms are very clean ,spacious, and the view from the rooms are just surreal , they provide all the amenities to the guest , I have to consider that all the staff members are so helpful and they are so sweet, always there to assist me with a smile, for Udaan nirvana, hopefully meet them again sooner or later, good luck to the team ,

Very good experience. Just beside mall still very calm and away from hustle bustle. So one can enjoy the serenity as well as can have the market vibe. Restaurant is completely veg but tasty. If one want to opt for nonveg food can easily access food options from mall. Car will not drop exact at the hotel entrance. One will have to walk for max 2-3 minutes.

Udaan nirvana is the best hotel to stay in darjeeling. With a pleasant outdoor view and great staff behaviour they are outshining they are competitors.

Very bad and wrost experience in hotel udaan Nirvana u have to wait for hot water 1/2 hours after bath 1 person room condition is not good mirror are broken toilet pan are broken hand showers are broken main door are broken wooden floors is not good

Hotel is an old property nicely renovated with excellent valley view.It is little harder for older person to reach hotel as it is in no Transport zone.Hotel staff is very cooperative and adjusting and cleanliness is excellent.Mr Torjey Bhutia at reception helped us to book toy train tickets.At restaurent Pratiksha gave exceptional service and provided all dishes required by us.Any body going should book toy train ticket in advance otherwise it will not be avilable instantly

Best hotel near mall . Homely atmosphere, all staffs behaviour are too good. All type rooms are good and well decorated. But I personally suggest the attic view room. View from this room is out of imagination. Well furnished beautiful decoration. Just fabulous

The stay was wonderful. Was attended by Mr Dorjey T Bhutia very well. I requested them for a cot instead of mattresses they arranged it quickly. The food was tasty and the most impressive thing was their staff behaviour. They were extremely courteous and polite. Would like to add some suggestions the toilet kits and bathroom slippers should be provided during the check in itself.

Uddan nirvan resort is located in mid of market in Darjeeling .. it give scenic view of kanchanjanga hills from balcony. If you are lucky you can watch son rising from kanchanjanga hills giving golden clading to edge of the hills .. amazing About hospitality, I must state it is of no short than wonderful.. really enjoyed stay.. Chef and entire team in grains the full veg restaurant attended with resort has magic in their hand. They prepared mouth watering food .. for us they specifically prepared traditional Nepali food .. great test .. enjoyed fully
