I booked a family room for 3 night with my family. Hotel was new looking good but we had such a bad experience I will never recommend this hotel brand , team was so unprofessional they checked in wrong room , outside temperature was 8 degree and room is inspected room was not hot we had to ask the heater. Hot water never worked we couldn’t take shower we addressed several times but no solution. Elevator never worked and no message for guest .we paid for 5 person but received service amenities and towels for just 2 person even we addressed that we are 5persons no changes. They cleaned the room don’t put the towel when we called to ask they said they received towels late , don’t think important to provide the basic services and communicate. During checkout I forgot my Chanel eye glasses they found but don’t think important to address guest for lost valuable items.The most shocking part was my dad had 50,000 of cash in bag and we said it’s a reputed hotel and trained and educated staff so left our valuable open and it was our fault we trusted and didn’t check during packing for check out, when my dad returned home and unpacking bag he noticed missing 15,000 from luggage bag. I purposely booked hotel like that were we can feel safe and we trusted to leave out belongings it was so shocking for our family that we are not safe even in this kind of property. This all incident disturbed so much my family they will have problem trusting even the property like this it’s so shame.
