總體感覺是，800多元一晚住進了下水道。房間有下水道的惡臭味，投訴給酒店後，工作人員過來噴了空氣清新劑，並未改變多少。房間設定在二樓，床很窄，房間很小，工作人員聲稱還給我們升級了住房。當天晚上從10點溝通到11點多，最終同意退了後面的兩天住房。體驗很差，萬萬沒想到這是華美達的質量。

酒店整體裝修有年頭了，中規中矩的老派裝修，內部設施衹能説滿足基本需要。
酒店訂房頁面上提到的24小時供氧，其實是一個單獨的房間，並不是每個房間內都有。十分讓人誤解！選擇華美達本來就是看中供氧，衹能説自己笨拙，沒看出來其中道道。
藏式伴手禮也沒有人提過，見到！

香格里拉鎮不大，衹要在鎮上都算是位置方便，又以民宿居多，作為當地少數幾家大型酒店，不僅自駕旅客，許多小團包車也選擇下榻此店，體驗雖無亮點，但勝在穩定可靠。
停車方便，門前一大片均可停放。附近餐飲雲集步行十分鐘幾乎就能抵達大半個鎮。客房設施齊備但稍顯陳舊，空間一般，衞生良好，淋浴房若是升級改造興許能更好！本店提供有早餐。週末入住客人較多，也不算太吵鬧。

早餐5點40就開始了，很適合去稻城亞丁的人
前台格絨卓瑪很熱情，提醒我們十一人多，需要早點出門。

衹有一張房卡，家庭入住非常不方便，連住兩晚，請服務員開門都請了三次，每次在門口等5到10分鐘，無論怎麼協調，服務員就是不給你多配置一張房卡！酒店太老了，異味嚴重，空調沒用！
