Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

酒店整體佔地面積很大，看日落非常美。
定的小木屋房型，前台給免費升級到了星空觀景房，房間面積挺大還配了供氧設施。
酒店的飲食做的很好，九宮格早餐還能送到房間，量也很足。晚飯也是在酒店餐廳吃的，味道也很不錯。

最離譜的一間酒店，酒店和工作人員非常熱情，這一點我非常認同。但是房間諸多設施都是壞的，燈、窗簾、電視等等。沒有冰塊，投訴後半小時給我送來了，房間也搞錯房型，給我帶來諸多困擾

酒店環境和房間整體都超乎預料！在稻城縣高速公路旁邊，離縣城衹有5分鐘的距離，第二天去稻城亞丁開車大概一個半小時左右，很方便！
另外要非常感謝酒店的老闆和員工妹妹們，我們走之前找不到租車的鑰匙，老闆非常熱心地幫我們着了一個多小時，還打電話找了配鎖師傅。後來打掃衞生的妹妹找到了鑰匙，還拒絕了我們的感謝。再一次被這裏熱情的人們所感動！一定會再來～

回到上海已經好幾天了，但對這家酒店還是心心念念。房間照片就不發了，酒店的賣家秀即買家秀，環境也是。早餐很貼心的送到了客房，吃不完....晚餐也好好吃，我在另一個店鋪裏寫過了，量也很足，3個剛從4000米下來的人沒能吃完，當時我鬱悶啊，那麼好吃卻吃不完。以後一定還來住，這次因為下雨還有多雲天沒能看到星空，下次來補！
