The location is great. Breakfast is okay. The staff was nice but cannot speak English, however, it is not an issue.

The hotel has very good location in central of Riwa. Receptions are very effective and hospitality. Although, the hotle is not new but the room is large and clean. Wifi is very slow in some rooms.

We stopped here before going to Yading the next morning. The room is clean and spacious and the staff who talked with us on WeChat is very helpful and nice. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in Riwa. Recommended.
The only two things that we hope the hotel could be improved for better experience are 1) the hot water is not stable 2) we stayed in the connecting room and the airconditioning was not flowing to the inside room.

不愧是四鑽認證的酒店，硬件和服務雙雙拉滿！客房寬敞明亮，採光通透，乾濕分離的衞生間配着高品質衞浴，空調+加濕器的組合在高原太剛需了，冬天入住也暖烘烘的 。最驚喜的是房間裏的製氧機，操作簡單，讓第一次來高原的我們徹底打消了顧慮，全程玩得盡興 。酒店位置超便利，緊鄰景區遊客中心，周邊吃飯購物都方便，免費停車場還能滿足自駕需求 。

酒店的地點還是挺方便的，正門在一個小斜坡上，卸行李有點麻煩，酒店大堂裝修的木雕很好看，洗澡水有點慢，大堂裏有個小哥哥還會幫忙提行李。總體還是可以的，性價比不錯啦。
