I am very happy with the services and facilities at the hotel. The room was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The bathroom with both separate shower and a full size bath is quite special. The deputy front lobby manager Xiowei, Vivian was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Any questions and queries were dealt with professionally. I would be happy to stay in the future and recommend this hotel to others too.

環境：位於武當山風景區，離太極湖不遠，酒店大堂非常大氣，酒店依山而建，空氣清新，環境優美。
衞生：雖然有點老舊，但是房間衞生還不錯。
設施：房間電視機太小了點，希望可以更新一下。名為度假酒店，但是沒有泳池實在讓人遺憾。
服務：因為下雨，門僮熱心安排了就近的停車位。前台主動加微信，介紹武當山的遊覽情況，服務提醒也很到位，客房送物也很及時。表揚前台小王主動熱情。
有些遺憾的是，酒店的房卡設計很好看，有武當山特色，但是前台説不能贈送，這個對酒店控來説不太友好，也與國際酒店集團存在明顯差距。

酒店大堂很氣派，房間屬於配套樓，略舊，早餐普通。勝在酒店位置，離武當山11分鐘。酒店周圍白天感覺普通，但晚上出去走走，很美！燈光、景色，人文設計很好！值得！

預訂的時候強調了要安靜的房間不靠馬路。入住的房間，一進去就是很大黴味，正對着酒店停車場內部路 車開進開出哐當哐當。半夜也不消停。從來沒有遇到過如此差勁的度假酒店。
房間硬件很差，浴室很小。最多四星級別。
游泳池也不開，也是長見識。
