定酒店給轉賣給民宿，沒有洗漱用品不説，也沒有飲用水，沒有電吹風，不能洗頭，也沒有浴液和洗髮水，下水道都是堵着的，住的最差一次，給丹東差評，這裏人不好，定了好幾家，趕上國慶開始有就説沒房了，想漲價

衞生有待改進，地板，桌子有污垢塵埃，床單被罩也不是剛洗的，感覺好多人用過了！雖然房東人不錯，但是衞生真的不咋地

設施：設施太陳舊，抽水馬桶的水箱不好使，住他家裡還得不停的修馬桶，要不水就不停的流，衞生間非常的小根本就沒地方洗澡。
衞生：衞生條件一般看着房間還可以，可是他家的被褥床單根本不換，都沒法脱衣服睡覺，還有滿屋的臭味，開了半天窗户才算好點，但是，關上窗户又滿屋臭味，是他家的下水道反臭味。
環境：環境極其惡劣，這是個老舊的小區，是個純居民樓，住着很多長者，樓道擺着很多雜物還有晾曬的蘿蔔乾等等，電梯不是很好感覺要壞了，坐電梯上來樓一點安全感都沒有，外面環境更差樓的後面就是火車主要幹道，不停的火車聲讓人難以入睡，小區門前的路很窄車還很多，説是免費停車，實際根本就沒地方停車。
服務：房主服務很一般，就知道讓交按金，交完按金人就跑了，根本就不管你怎麼停車，周邊是什麼情況，更不用説向你介紹一下週邊有什麼好玩的的，有什麼特色飯店了。總之他家根本就不適合開民宿。
