The hotel has a lawn and a lake. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are clean. But it is not appropriate to put shower gel and shampoo in small glass bottles. When taking a shower, it would be dangerous if a glass bottle falls on the floor and breaks.

The hotel is very beautiful and very integrated with nature. It is very close to Dambulla.
The Jetwing Group is all plastic-free and has a strong environmental awareness. I like it very much.
The check-in speed was a bit slow, but welcome drinks and snacks were provided during the check-in.
The room is very large and an extra bed was given. It was very comfortable to stay with 3 adults and 1 child. The dinner buffet was booked starting at 7 o'clock. There were quite a lot of choices and the price was reasonable.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was that we were in rooms 220 and 221, which were right above the restaurant, and right above the scrambled eggs + barbecue. The cooking smell was very strong after the restaurant opened, and the buffet was very noisy at night. The noise was not over until the restaurant was cleaned up in the middle of the night, which was not friendly to young children. Families who sleep light must avoid the rooms above the restaurant when booking, especially 220/221

This is the most satisfactory one among the four Jetwing hotels I stayed in. The environment is quiet and private, the room facilities are well maintained, there is a huge balcony, and the view outside the window is beautiful. The breakfast quality is good, and the dinner order is also good.
