We came to Saibei Station after staying at another place elsewhere. We were very impressed with the service they provided. The staff took care of us, drove us around the grassland to do activities, and was patient with us even though we did not speak Mandarin. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, even though it was just for a night!

This place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

Great stay! The boss and the team are very helpful and nice! Yurts are comfortable and clean. The landscape is beautiful! Horseback riding, grass sliding, karting, and photo shooting nearby. We recommend to stay here!

I booked through trip and contacted the owner Mr Bai directly and he arranged for me the transport to the grassland. This makes it possible for me to travel solo without joining the tour group. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. The gers (yurts) are mostly new so do expect a little hip cup but easily solved. Enjoy your stay there.

The rooms are extremely nice; two queen beds per yurt. However, there were limited staff members; not sure if traveling out of season was the issue.

The service is very considerate and impeccable. I lost my mobile phone charger at the post station, and they were very considerate to help me express it home. The view around the post station is wide. High cost performance, affordable price does not affect the service quality, especially the front desk staff must be praised.

Taiwan tourists, stay in a yurt far from the town, look at the prairie every day, leisurely and comfortable. The owner is warm and welcoming, and will pick you up and drop you off at various attractions! Highly recommended

The weather is nice and the stars are a good choice. The private toilet is on the roof. The curtain is broken. I couldn't sleep at 5 o'clock. It's pretty clean.

The boss is very enthusiastic and the environment is good

On May Day, I drove 7-8 hours from Beijing to the prairie. The temperature difference on the prairie is still very large. The tender grass has just broken through the ground, and the yellow and green are interspersed. The homestay is also being renovated and improved. It is said that it will be completed by the end of May. It was almost dawn when I arrived. Thanks to Manager Zhang Wenshuan for waiting and checking in. The next day, we were upgraded to a Mongolian yurt family king-size bed room, which improved the living conditions of our family of five, including the elderly and children. The stars here are really bright at night. There is no light pollution at all. If the weather is good, it is really full of stars.

I saw the recommendation on Xiaohongshu and booked a family room. To be honest, I was very disappointed when I entered the room. There were cockroaches and bugs everywhere. The smell in the yurt was also very bad. There was no place to step after putting the boxes. There were no disposable toiletries. The floor drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair and it was not cleaned. Water accumulated when taking a shower. The shower head was also broken. The boss was very nice and enthusiastic. He gave us mosquito coils!

The environment is OK, but the hygiene of the yurt is really hard to describe. Perhaps it is limited by the yurt. For those with high hygiene requirements, it is recommended to stay in a city hotel

There were bugs everywhere in the room, and there were bugs crawling in the chandelier. The bathroom had a bad odor and the drain was clogged.

The yurt we stayed in had bathroom issues that need improvement. The water leakage design was unreasonable. The water couldn't drain out after showering and it all stayed in the bathroom. The same thing happened to my companions. Dinner was quite expensive, probably because there were not many vegetables on the grassland. A plate of scrambled eggs with tomatoes cost 48 yuan, a small bowl of rice cost 5 yuan, and roasted lamb leg cost 388 yuan. It was nearly 800 yuan for 5 people, but we didn't finish it. The portions were quite big. There was a bonfire after dinner. The weather was bad when we went there, with wind and rain. We didn't see the sunrise in the morning, but we experienced Mongolian costumes. All in all, it was not bad. Overall, it needs improvement!
