Every single member of the management team treated us like beloved family, not just random paying guests. There was zero cold, robotic hotel service here—they cared about every small worry we had, offered help without us even asking, and always greeted us with warm, sincere smiles. During our whole trip here, we never once felt like we were far away from our own home; their thoughtful, wholehearted care wrapped us in comfort the entire time we stayed. PLUS the views were outstanding! From the start of our trip to the minute we packed our bags and left the hotel, their thoughtful support never wavered. The rooms are very clean, the beds are large, and the scenery is beautiful. It's the perfect choice for families with children. I highly recommend them when visiting the grasslands. They also offer 24-hour dairy cow butler service."

He also took the time to show me around the grasslands and answer all my questions along the way. The yurt was clean, very comfortable and in prestine condition. It feels more convenient and friendly than the hotels in the town. The resort is right in the grassland, and you can see the grassland wherever you walk. It is worth recommending."

"I randomly chose a hotel on the Xilamuren Grassland, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The owner is a very straightforward young man, and communication was comfortable throughout, without any of the usual commercial pressure. The yurt was clean and tidy, with a private bathroom and plenty of hot water, completely shattering my preconceived notions about grassland accommodations. Stepping outside, you're greeted by an endless expanse of grassland. Watching the sunset paint the entire grassland golden in the evening, and looking up at the Milky Way at night, the atmosphere is simply breathtaking. The restaurants were all very authentic, with no hidden fees. The roasted lamb leg and hand-pulled mutton were also very flavorful, truly authentic grassland taste. The stay was incredibly relaxing, unlike the noisy tourist areas. There was no constant pushy sales tactics; it felt like staying at a friend's ranch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit the grasslands."
