"The property has one of the most rude/unprofessional staff! You can hardly find smile on anyone's face. They will not welcome you. Our welcome drinks were sent to our room later. Cookies and snacks jar were sent only when pointed out. Baby food (Khichdi) is not available till noon! Stag group is allowed in the property. They drink in the pool and it becomes difficult for families to be comfortable with them around."

"We stayed at Hotel Gold Beach Resort, Daman for one night for a family trip (2 adults and 2 kids). We had booked a Super Deluxe Room with an extra bed. The hotel is beautifully located right on the Devka Beach, offering a stunning sea view. It sits conveniently between Devka Beach Road and NaMo Path, providing access from both sides. The direct access from NaMo Path to the beach walkway is a great advantage for beach lovers. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all essential amenities such as an LED TV, mini-fridge, and toiletries. It also featured modern comforts like remote-controlled curtains. With two out of four walls made of glass, the room offered a breathtaking view of Devka Beach. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including live counters for eggs and masala dosa – we really enjoyed it. We also had lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant; though a bit on the expensive side, the food quality and taste were excellent. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool, and our kids had a great time at the pool. Cons: 1. The check-in time of 1 PM is quite late. Despite requesting an early check-in an hour in advance, it wasn’t accommodated. 2. The hotel offers a 15% discount on lunch and dinner for guests, but we didn’t receive it for our lunch since our room wasn’t ready on time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gold Beach Resort, Daman, and would recommend it for families looking for a comfortable beachside getaway."

"Silver Sand Resort: restaurant and bar manager behaviour is very worst. TV is not working. we told at reception when we check-in in hotel. we stay there 3 days. still TV not working whole 3 days. Managers are not supporting to customer. if customer not happy they not recommend to others.reception person behaviour is also not good.3-4 time call to house keeping no response they spoil my marriage anniversary. "Not a good hotel at all. Please don't get duped with the pictures that they upload on website. These are 3D pictures rooms are not good. Swimming pool is never cleaned. Water is dirty they don't put chlorine. Hot water does not come from tap or shower in the bathroom. When asked they said hot water is available between 7 to 11 morning and evening but we did not get it. The guy with specs at reception is not bothered at all we complaint him 3 to 4 times but he did not act on it. He is more worried about full payment at the time of check-in as they take 50% advance. I specifically told them at the time of booking that I would need extra bed for my child and they said they will provide. To my surprise they put mattress on floor and when I complaint they got some dirty sofa cum bed which was .25 ft level from ground and then on that they covered it with bed sheet on it. A standard hotel would have foldable / movable sofa cum bed with mattress which is atleast 2 to 3 ft level from ground. Breakfast menu is limited only 3 to 4 items. I asked them if I don't want complimentary breakfast so that room tariff can be reduced, they said its compulsory and included in package. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or family. Attached pictures of the room really bad."
