Hidden Hotel Hotels in Dali

Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

We chose this hotel because the location is amazing. Our room is facing erhai lake. We can see sunset and sunrise every day. Next to this hotel there's a restaurant that we like and not far from it there's a delicious Thai restaurant. You can walk along the road and enjoy the lake and mountain view. The downside is this hotel does not come with a pool and almost no one can speak or understand English.

The hotel I stayed in this time can be said to have performed well in all aspects, which left a deep impression on me. Below I will share with you my evaluation of this five-star hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel is very superior and the transportation is convenient. It is located in the center of the city, very close to major attractions and business districts, within walking distance to the subway station, and very convenient for public transportation. This saves a lot of time and energy for us tourists. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and services are also impressive. The air conditioner in the room is very effective, the cooling effect is obvious and the noise is extremely low, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable accommodation experience in the hot summer. At the same time, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is also very good, even in the bustling city center, we can have a quiet night. In terms of sanitation, the hotel is kept very clean, whether it is the sanitation of the room or the sanitation of the public areas, it is very good. Our group is very satisfied with the sanitation of the hotel. In addition, the hotel also provides convenient parking services. Although the surrounding parking spaces are limited, the hotel still tries its best to meet our parking needs, so that we don't need to worry about parking problems. Last but not least, the hotel's network is very stable and fast, allowing us to easily complete work or enjoy entertainment while traveling. In general, the performance of this five-star hotel is very good. We are very satisfied in terms of location, facilities and services, and hygienic conditions. It’s the first trip for my family and I to Dali and we truly enjoyed our stay here. The location of Pullman Dali was perfect - it is conveniently located near to Dali railway station and it overlooks the Erhai lake. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did a good job at keeping the rooms very clean. We had a small hiccup with one of the rooms on the first night but the front desk staff were helpful and quick to resolve it. All the staff were helpful with any questions and recommendations to places of interest. Special mention to Herman who has been accommodating, and extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay! The arrangement of printout of the photos taken during our stay was a very sweet and nice token. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by helping to arrange the delivery of something that we accidentally left behind. Overall our stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend Pullman Dali to anyone looking for comfort and quality!

Pusu is so beautiful in every way! It’s located right next to Erhai lake, spacious outdoor decking area, to enjoy the view. A lovely lobby, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Their rooms are clean and quiet. Pusu team is amazing. All the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. Travelled with mum and dad, we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Xiao Luo, 小罗 our butler. He took good care of us. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

Very nice B&B, the owner is very nice. Sleep is really the most important thing when you go out to play. I am more particular about my bed, but the mattress here is really comfortable, the bedding is also great, and the pillow height is just right. The room faces Erhai Lake, and you can see the sunrise when you open the curtains in the morning. The room is very clean and refreshing. The stay experience is very good. I will definitely come again next time!

A piece of pure land in the busy city, the garden-style design gives me a feeling of peace, comfort and ease of home! From landing in Dali to the hotel, everything was very well arranged. We arranged for a business car to be picked up at the intersection of the hotel. We also had a butler at the intersection to help take the luggage to the room. We also arranged breakfast and afternoon tea. The service was very good and the breakfast was very rich. In the evening There is also sweet soup! My first choice when coming to Dali from now on is the countryside!

This hotel is a relaxing oasis just off the bustling streets of the ancient town. The location was perfect to walk everywhere and the hotel itself was really lovely, homely and uniquely laid out, all the rooms seemed to be a little different and had their own delightful particularities. The owners were super helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free room upgrade (comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a while!) and helping out with finding us places to covid test and answering any questions we had about the town. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the pool because the atmosphere was so relaxing and we even made friends with the hotel dog ‘General’. A great place to experience Dali from!
