The room views are breathtaking, with Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain stretching as far as the eye can see, while seagulls and wild ducks play on the water’s surface—a scene straight out of a painting. The room is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including disposable items for convenience. The guesthouse also features a lakeside restaurant and picturesque photo spots, perfect for capturing memorable moments. If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying in Shuanglang for a few nights, and once in Shuanglang, don’t miss the chance to visit Tinghua Island for a different experience.

Services: We were very impressed by the services rendered by the 管家 by the name of 小杜, and his team of colleagues! He ensured that our every need was met and exceeded! During our check-in day, there was a power outage for some parts of the Shuanglang old town, including this property. He kept apologizing sincerely even though it was no fault of his and he did everything within his abilities to ensure we are comfortable. Thank you, 小杜 and your team! Location: A short 2 minutes walk through the old town from the vehicle drop off point, do a right turn into an alley and you will find the amazing property sitting just on the bank of ErHai lake, with a superb view of the sunset, be it from the garden, lobby, breakfast area or the roof top. Just before the entrance to the alley, at the main street of the old town, you could get food even at 1030pm! Certainly a 5 stars for the location! Rooms: Quality bath robes and slippers to keep you warm, comfortable bed to snuggle in, free minibar and snacks replaced daily, what more could we ask for? Breakfast & Night snacks: Breakfast was delightful and also a tasty night snack to warm your tummy before sleep! All were great! Overall: For the two nights of stay, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Not just for the services and the clean rooms, also for the picturesque location where the architect has put in much effort to maximize the visual impact of the scenic Erhai view for all visitors! We had sooooooooo many nice photos taken at the amazing property! Strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Erhai!

The hotel view was amazing and stunning facing to lake views with sunrise .the hotel also provided transport to pick us from car parks .the staff was friendly and helpful . 管家小郝who arranged the transport and helpful staff.hope come back to Dali soon.love the environment and atmosphere here ❤️

Location of the hotel is strategically located within the old town. Very beautiful sea view with excellent services. Very impressive with 小许 and the rest of services from the crew. They started to engage and check on our arrival time upon hotel booking just to ensure that we are not lost and guided throughout. I would definitely return to this hotel.

📍: The location is very well chosen, right in Shuanglang Ancient Town, at the entrance of the South Gate. It is convenient to walk around the ancient town, and it takes less than 100 meters to take a taxi to other places. 🏠: The large floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony in the room are a surprise. When the weather is good, the outdoor swimming pool🏊 can also be a kind of romance. I love that small balcony the most. Drinking afternoon tea and watching the sunset is a healing romance in a slow life. The bedding is breathable linen texture, and it is very comfortable to sleep in the dry weather in Dali. 🌈 Public area: I caught up with the sunset on the first day of check-in. The Erhai Lake was shining with fragmented light, wrapped in the orange-red persimmon sea. Leaning on the windy balcony, looking through the window is a moving scenery. 💚 Service: The butler was waiting for us at the entrance before getting off the car. Warm local fresh milk will be provided to the room before 22:00. There are also common emergency medicines in the lobby, which is really thoughtful~ Recommendation reason: In Shuanglang Ancient Town, it faces a 180-degree sea view, and you can watch the sunrise when you wake up in bed. The cost-effectiveness and service are very online. It is very suitable for sisters who like taking pictures👩🏻

We had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy with an amazing view over the lake. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Stayed one night in a king-size bed and one night in a twin bed. The view is unbeatable. It's close to the road but not noisy. It's very convenient and a pleasant surprise. It's especially worth mentioning that the service of the B&B is so good. If you want to eat fruit, it will be delivered immediately. If you leave early, they will let us stay for breakfast. There is no extra charge for upgrading the room type. It's really good. Recommended! !

Excellent and extremely comfortable stay! The room was beautiful with modern amenities and creature comforts. Would give more than 5 stars if we could! The room was cleaned and the bed was made daily. The hotel provides free buggy shuttle service from the main road up to the hotel as the winding road uphill is narrow and rather inaccessible by car. Free buggy service is also provided to a car park next to Shuanglang ancient town, so getting there is really convenient. As the hotel is situated on a hill, the view of the houses below and Erhai lake provides a spectacular backdrop. If you are fortunate, you will be able to watch fireworks from your room. Breakfast was the best we had during our visit to Yunnan. The noodles were tasty and many side dishes and fruits were provided. The breakfast lounge was beautiful, modern and clean. Would stay here again if we were to visit Shuanglang in the future!

I booked this B&B by accident. I came to Dali for a few days and had the best experience! I think I must praise it with pictures and texts!! 1️⃣The projector in the room is Nut, a brand I couldn't bear to buy. It's super high-definition, so surprising~ 2️⃣Smart toilet, not freezing my butt at all 3️⃣Equipped with a small refrigerator, there is a place to put the milk tea that I can't finish 😈 4️⃣There is a washing machine in the room, so convenient 5️⃣The parking lot is just opposite the B&B, so convenient. I also got a parking ticket. It is less than 50 meters away from the entrance of Shuanglang Ancient Town. I walked there and took a lot of beautiful photos. It is also very close to the B&B, not tiring at all~ 6️⃣There is breakfast, but it's a pity that I slept so well that I couldn't get up at all. Hahaha, I slept until noon. I must eat it next time I stay! ! 7️⃣The boss is super nice. He picks us up by car. My sister and I booked both sides. He also lent us a high-floor king-size bed room to take a video of opening the curtains and transitioning! 8️⃣ I had the boss's Pu'er tea 🍵 and was given a flower cake, so happy 🥳 I really feel that booking a homestay is like opening a blind box, it all depends on luck. Muyu impressed me deeply, and the sanitary environment is worth the money. I recommended it to all my friends. I will stay at his house next time 😆 and have the boss's tea again 😆

Visited shuanglang with my mum, stayed 3 nights here and it’s simply fantastic. The service is impeccable - staff are on stand by all the time, ready to assist in all matters. They thought through the visitors experience and provided breakfast, tea, turn down services and post dinner desserts every night. We got 2 free cocktails per night too! Room is amazing - we got lucky and had a free upgrade to one of their best suites with amazing views of erhai! The beautiful room has a cool skylight, spacious balcony/toilet (particularly love their plushy bedroom slippers) and very comfortable bed - all of which are all a big plus. The hotel is sited right in the heart of the small town, making exploration so much easier too! Breakfast was great too, different menu everyday. They will serve a set of breakfast items (refillable) and have a small buffet table set up for fruits and small bites. Food is always delicious and warm, especially complemented with the amazing view at the dining area! Overall a 20 out of 10 for me, it’s a must stay if you are visiting Shuanglang! A big shout out to the amazing hotel crew, thanks for the memorable experience!
