不錯！入住體驗很好，開夜床服務還會贈送蒸氣眼罩或面膜，每天清理房間時阿姨也都把衣服折得整整齊齊，前台Mary小姐姐的服務也很及時。總體來説值得入住！還挺多旅遊團入住的呢。

連住一週，房間正對着洱海，酒店設施齊全，服務態度好，本來帶娃開始糾結訂民宿還是住酒店，住下之後確定哪也不去了，在市區點餐吃飯都很方便。每天還送了面膜，有小童洗面奶、洗髮水，小童霜，小童牙刷，很貼心。

房間寬敞，非常乾淨，房間裏配了好多礦泉水飲料和現煮咖啡機。窗正對着洱海，景色很美。管家Soraya服務周到，入住前分享了景點圖片及遊玩攻略。

房間設計風格還可以，餐廳的飯菜味道我個人不太喜歡，星空酒吧非常酷適合國外友人的口味，幫我辦理入住的美女小姐姐態度非常親切，微信管家Linda辦事效率強很可愛。印象最深的就是包車的司機師傅，談吐舉止優雅得體具有哲學性氣質. 餐廳和洗衣服消費偏高！！便宜15% 就完美了.房價是OK的，下次再來將繼續入住！

豪華海景房真的贊！房間寬敞，設施齊全。有一個洗手池下水稍稍有點慢不過並不影響使用。在飄窗處閑坐飲茶賞景，不要太愜意。早餐品種很豐富。
酒店服務非常好。小管家Soraya在入住前提前聯繫確認，並細心提示酒店面對的潮汐路的特殊時段可能帶來的出入不便；在入住期間，每天都會詢問是否需要幫助，並且對反饋的問題及時處理回覆。
另外，服務員每晚分別贈送了蒸汽眼罩和補水面膜，真的是太貼心了。早餐餐廳服務員也很友好並且反應迅速。
