酒店在大理港的對面，靠海的位置，在房間就可以直接看到洱海，環境超級棒！我們的服務管家Coco也超級nice，十分的貼心，提前一天溝通，還給升級了房間。前台辦入住的小姐姐沒記住名字，但也特別nice，辦手續期間就沒有閑着，各種噓寒問暖，印象深刻，鉑爾曼的品質確實還是在那裡放着的，👍

The Pullman Dali is really great. The hardware conditions are very good. I upgraded to the executive room for free. Especially the service. I really feel like home. My family member accidentally broke his leg. The hotel prepared a wheelchair in advance and took the initiative to help carry it during check-in and check-out. Regarding luggage, special thanks to Edison. After checking out, the child left his watch in the room. Edison contacted him promptly and sent it free of charge. The pillows in the hotel were so comfortable that I wanted to buy one to take home. The scenery is picturesque and the service is top-notch. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I come back to Dali.
