The hotel is located at the peaceful part of the Erhai Ecological Corridor with wonderful view of Erhai Lake straight from the room. The room is very clean and spacious. Service from the staff is excellent. Highly recommended for family visiting Dali.

Thank you for the warm hosting. The guesthouse on the overall is clean and comfortable, the service is top notch and the breakfast is great as well. Location wise, it has the best views but yet is away from the bustling S wan. The electronic rides parking is just a few minutes walk away and you can rent your ride to S wan. The ancient city is approximately 17 minutes away on Didi. When we reached we were offered hot mixian which was very comforting after a long travel. The drinks, small snacks and cherry tomatoes were free flow as well which made the children very happy. Room wise, we are a family with two young children and the room suited us well. There is also a big and comfortable sofa in the room.

A Perfect Score! 10/10 I seldom wrote reviews but this hotel had me want to write one. If you are coming to Dali and is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of hotels, just book this one. Why? Let’s dive in. 1) Location: 10/10. Just at the beginning of the famous S-bend along the ecological corridor and half distance to Dali Ancient City and Xi Zhou Ancient City. Both 10km away. Away from crowds but close enough to sightseeing places. Easy to get a didi. 2) View: 10/10. The er hai Seaview is your window in the room, frameless full glass. Best part, watch the sun rises each morning at the comfort of your bed.. Trust me, the view is incredible. 3) Room comfort: 10/10. The decor is 5 stars luxe. Full glass bathrooms, lush bedding, hansgrohe shower systems, 50 inch TV, built in air conditioning, automated toilet, smart home system. What can you asked for. Even the bath towel is Ritz-Carlton standard. 4) Service: 20/10. Yes 20/10. They have exceeded the golden standard. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, their service is nothing short of amazing. They appear when you need them and you won’t see them when you need privacy. I think they are not trained to say ‘no’ to your request. I am surprised they served us dessert to our room without us requesting for it. 5) Amenities: 10/10. A whole fridge of beverages and beer and ice creams at your disposal. Help yourself anytime of the day at absolutely zero costs. Bring the whole fridge home if you want. 6) Breakfast: 8/10. Mini buffet style and I must say it’s good for China standard. The only downside is the breakfast area, small and noisy. For the price we paid, it is a clear bargain for the hotel.

Absolutely stunning resort-like hotel beside Erhai Lake. Great view from room and can even catch the sunrise. What’s most amazing is the service from staff, they are super helpful. The staff (including ladies) are proactive in carrying luggage and they also helped to book my transport to my next hotel. There was a mini bar in the hotel with unlimited drinks (including beer) and light snacks. My parents were delighted and I’ve glad to have booked this accommodation. It’s a distance from Dali train station, so if you’re headed to Lijiang, recommend to take car instead of train. Overall, superb hotel and service. Thank you!

Strategic location! Locate in front of ER HAI, can rent bike outside of the hotel. All the staffs very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here!!

The view is super amazing. The hotel is just located right in front of the sea. The staff are friendly. They even provide free flow of beverages and snacks.

Staff very friendly and the view from the room is so beautiful. Every night the staff will arrange dessert or soup to us. We feel warm and happy to stay here.

The services of the hotel staff are perfect! They always try to go extra to make your stay comfortable. The amenities are very nice as well! Strongly recommend this hotel!

We’re foreigners and had no problem finding the place or registering our stay. The hotel has a lovely view of the lake and the sunrise. We particularly appreciated that the room had motorized curtains so we could stay in bed, push a button and have the curtains open automatically. The toilets have seat warmers which is a godsend in a cold night. The location is in between Dali old town and Xizhou old town so it was easy to take a Didi car around. There are manual bikes you can rent from a man who runs his stand right next to the hotel. Alternatively you can scan and rent public bikes a few hundred meters to the left of the hotel. The best thing though was the service. Every evening we were sent warm complimentary desserts to enjoy in our room, or a thoughtfully heated hot cup of milk. Every day we were given a generous bowl of fresh fruit to eat and it was always more than our family of 3 could finish. On the day of arrival it was especially windy and we were given fresh hot mixian to warm ourselves up. The breakfast buffet was also delicious everyday. Every member of staff we interacted with was always friendly, courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

It is the mosr wonderful stay we had in our many years of travelling. It beats all the big brand names hands down. Shangri-La, Hyatt, Four Seasons etc have a lot to learn from them. They even packed gifts for us when we left. Kudos to the team. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will stay again if we visit Dali and will definitely recommend all to stay with them.

Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

Great service from the bnb crew! During wet weather, the view of the lake from the room keeps us entertained. Overall, a place we will stay again when we are back in Dali.
