1. Good location near entrance to Dali Old Town. Its great bcs it wont be noisy when you need to sleep and only 3 mins walk to old town. 2. The owner is really friendly and willing to help to explain. We are stuck with Wechat payments and he helped. 3. Room is great - clean, working amneties but unfortunately we did not hv a chance to enjoy the room much bcs Erhai Lake, its surroundings, the cafes, the side road stop for drink and music, the old town - makes you want to spent time outside than in a room despite the cold winter. 4. Place closed door at 12 but can wechat the owner for passcode. All in all, I love this place,awesome choice. No regrets.

I booked for one night but ended up staying for 10 days. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The wifi is very fast which is excellent for remote workers and long-term stays. There is also a roof to sit and relax. As well as a kitchen to cook homemade food. The hotel is at a convenient location near restaurants, supermarkets and anything that you need. The owner was very nice, welcoming, and funny. I really enjoyed my stay here!

A very heartwarming stay experience. 1. The boss and his wife are enthusiastic, kind and heart-warming. When I first checked in, I had to catch the tourist bus, so the boss took me to the tourist center on an electric bike. The boss lady gave me freshly cooked corn to share. It's like "coming home". 2. I wanted to get up early to watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake. Because it was a bit early, my boss lent me his family’s electric car. He also suggested that I have a deeper understanding of local life and introduced me to the Beimen Market. I bought figs and corn sold by local farmers there, which were very cheap. The landlady came back and cooked it for me to taste. When traveling alone, it is rare to meet a good B&B owner, which reduces a lot of anxiety. 3. The room is clean, tidy, warm and romantic. But no stars appear at night. 4. There is a balcony in front of you, where you can dry clothes, which is very convenient. 5. The transportation is convenient. There is a No. 8 bus stop 300 meters away in about 3 minutes. It is convenient to go back to Dali by high-speed rail. When traveling to an unfamiliar city, convenient transportation is very important.

Although the room is a bit old, it is also very clean and hygienic. The boss is very nice and will introduce us to the scenic spots. The rental of battery cars is also cheaper than outside. It is very close to Erhai Lake and can be reached in less than ten minutes by bike.

The price is cheap, the room is clean and well ventilated. The landlord's service is very considerate. It was almost dawn when we arrived at the B&B. The landlord specially cooked dumplings for us and also recommended some reasonably priced and delicious restaurants. It felt like home.

There is a beautiful proprietress, a terrace for viewing the stars, a black cat to pet, a lively tea party, thoughtful travel guidance, and convenient transportation. Great 👍

The hotel has been open for a long time but it is very clean. The only bad thing is that the door is not very soundproof. It is also very close to the ancient city and the boss is very enthusiastic. There are fewer people in the off-season and it is a more cost-effective option.
