The hotel is nestled right by Erhai Lake. Our room was absolutely stunning; I honestly just wanted to lie there, gaze at the sea, and never leave! The hotel's photographer was incredibly skilled and helped me capture some truly once-in-a-lifetime photos. I was beyond satisfied with the results – I loved every single shot! 💕

The sea view photography experience was fantastic; the photos turned out beautifully. (This included 5 original digital negatives, non-cumulative). Our room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The overall service was excellent, with a dedicated butler providing transfers and handling our luggage. The hotel breakfast offered a generous spread, and the afternoon tea was a refined treat. Additionally, the on-site laundry room with drying facilities was a very convenient amenity.

An absolutely wonderful experience! I'm so glad I booked online in advance, otherwise it would have been incredibly crowded. It definitely lived up to my high expectations, truly excellent. The service was incredibly attentive, making for an absolutely perfect stay. Our young butler provided impeccable care, even helping us capture some moments with a short video. Daily afternoon tea and a fruit platter were a delightful touch. The oceanfront cafe offers a serene spot to unwind at any time. I'm completely smitten with the decorative straw bags in the room!

The service was good, though being constantly prompted for a review afterward was a bit bothersome. The location is genuinely beachfront, offering absolutely breathtaking views. Our child was thrilled, spending the entire afternoon on the terrace until dark on the day we arrived, even despite the cloudy and less-than-ideal weather. Since our room was right next to their café, which also serves as the breakfast area, we could hear people talking and cutlery clattering against plates from around 8 AM. The noise wasn't loud, however; you'd notice it if you were already awake, but it likely wouldn't disturb you if you were asleep, unless you're a very light sleeper.

Nestled by Erhai Lake, with the majestic Cangshan Mountains as its backdrop 🌊. This is truly the hotel of a lifetime! 🍃 Embraced by the Waves Open the window to reveal a 270° panoramic, endless sea view. From the comfort of your bed, you can take in the entire vista of Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake. Wake up to the clouds gracefully drifting across the sky 🏞️. The waterside terrace is so close you can almost touch the waves, and seagulls often gracefully visit. Every casual snapshot looks like a scene from a movie! The rooms feature a minimalist, upscale design, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Erhai Lake. At night, fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves, and in the morning, wake up to sunlight flooding your bed ☀️.

From the moment I stepped in, it felt less like entering a hotel and more like coming home to a place of refined taste. Every piece of furniture and appliance exuded quality. The bed and sofa were so plush they invited instant relaxation, and the toiletries were all five-star standard; the attention to detail truly shone through. The butler provided impeccable, one-stop service, gentle and attentive, almost anticipating my every need. Fresh fruit was already waiting on the table, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary water, drinks, and snacks – this feeling of being generously looked after was truly wonderful. What truly captured my attention was the coffee shop on the ground floor. Its terrace, directly overlooking the lake, was spacious and bright, and my state of mind felt equally clear and serene. Ordering a freshly brewed coffee or a specialty drink, paired with pastries and desserts crafted by the chef right there, each bite was pure bliss. And to my delightful surprise, this exquisite afternoon indulgence was even included with the stay!

As a solo traveler with heavy luggage, I truly appreciated the butler service for helping me with my bags. The complimentary afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and breakfast could all be conveniently delivered right to my room. This place is perfect for both solo guests and couples. Its location is excellent and easy to find, just a short distance from the north entrance. My only regret is that my schedule was too packed, so I didn't get to experience their travel photography service.

The exquisite seaview afternoon tea for two was excellent. The views from the seaview photography experience (which included 5 original digital negatives, non-stackable) were absolutely stunning. Cleanliness was decent. The hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance, beautifully set right on Erhai Lake with lush greenery. Service was very attentive. As for facilities, the bathtub is perfectly positioned right by the window, offering a wonderfully comfortable experience of soaking while enjoying the breathtaking mountain and lake views.

The room offered stunning views, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with complimentary afternoon tea and a sweet evening dessert soup being lovely touches. The travel photography session was fantastic – I couldn't resist uploading so many photos! What's more, the location is incredibly convenient, being super close to the North Gate of the ancient town. Oh, and they even provided a complimentary video!
