We have recorded your feedback one by one and attach great importance to it: Regarding the unreasonable layout of the bathroom, we plan to replan and renovate it to optimize the use of space; regarding the room area and skylight design issues, we will mark the room type information in more detail on the booking page later to avoid disappointment; light pollution affects stargazing, we will investigate the surrounding environment and try to coordinate and improve it. To address the poor sound insulation and traffic noise, we will install additional sound insulation facilities and replace double-glazed soundproof glass for rooms facing the street. It is true that the B&B is a little far from the ancient city, but we will also pay more attention to service, such as providing guests with travel tips in the surrounding area. We apologize again for this bad experience. If you are willing to give us another chance, we will definitely let you see our changes!
