I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The design is truly unique compared to other properties in the area, offering a refreshing and stylish atmosphere. The vibe within the hotel compound is fantastic, with stunning lake and garden views that made our stay even more relaxing.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every request was taken care of promptly. A special shout-out to our butler, **Ms. Wang (王群英)**, who was exceptionally thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Knowing we had an early checkout, she even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us—such a kind and considerate gesture!
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in both service and ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful stay!

這次出差住了幾個酒店 本來對於這個酒店沒抱有太大的期待，但是入住的整個過程都讓我感受到“賓至如歸”
1.到達酒店後，工作人員就會拉一個小羣，有什麼問題都可以直接在羣裏詢問，並且會貼心的問候需不需要添置物品打掃衞生，以及早餐時間等等。
2.由於這個餐廳是懸崖餐廳，所以避免不了有爬樓梯的時候，出發前我還在想行李箱怎麼辦，但是到達以後工作人員立馬全部包攬過去非常的熱情（表揚那位接待的大姐，真的很樸實很熱情）
3.酒店裡還有提供一些面膜 護理包 蚊蟲叮咬的等物品 這個是我住其他酒店從來沒有過的很貼心，能感受到主理人是認真對待客户體驗感的
4.另外就是拍照真的真的真的出片，酒店還有攝影師可以給顧客拍照（不過我社恐就沒有蹭這個免費的拍攝）
5.早餐不是自助餐類型，都是一人一餐，很豐盛款式也比較多，米線的肉肉也不膩，而且工作人員看我穿的少，立馬問我需不需要毛毯（還提醒我是剛洗過的），用餐時也有人來問需不需要添加。真的真的真的整個服務過程太舒適了！不管做什麼都有人在詢問需不需要服務。退房的時候還給了伴手禮，還可以幫我郵寄我的衣服
6.酒店的硬裝一看就是花了錢的，質感不是那些常規名宿酒店能比的，隨便一拍就是滿滿的質感
7.整個入住不管是用餐還是睡眠還是居住 體驗感都很滿意，讓我這種對於名宿類型的酒店失望的人又開始充滿了期待（有一個小建議，希望前台能一直保持有人在，有兩次去前台沒有看見人，在羣裏問才知道去給其他客人送東西去了）

這家酒店真的太棒了，位置絕佳，緊鄰景區，岀行便捷，設施方面，全是品牌好物，簡約而不失格調，衞生狀況更是滿分，每個角落都透着主人的用心，早餐豐富，味道極美，窗户風景如畫，面朝蒼山洱海，美不勝收！從入住到離店，每個環書都很細心，房間非常寬敞、乾淨、床品舒適，讓人感覺像在家裡一般自在。
酒店的工作人員非常熱情友好，無論什麼問題，都能及時、耐心地解答，他們專業的服務，讓我的入住體驗更加的完美。
最後強烈推薦給大家。

店家催評價，那我就寫寫客觀真實感受
滿意的點：
1.民宿公共區域裝修挺特別的，比較出片，隨入住還贈送免費3張酒店區域內旅拍照片
2.早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，不夠也可以續
3.服務很周到，管家遊姐很熱情和主動，很用心在工作
不滿意的點：
訂的迷你loft，房間整個佈局太不合理，設施配置與價格相差甚遠，包括：
1.卧室面積很小很小，放不下行李箱，所以行李放在一層客廳，拿東西需要上上下下來回折騰，且二層除了牀頭櫃沒有任何可以放物品的地方，那侷促擁擠的環境真不值1000一晚
2.廁所、浴室、鏡子正對着床，很近的距離，免不了潮濕、有味道
3.洗手池小到離譜，水龍頭不在正中間，洗臉的時候會漏一地水（試試就知道）然後因為洗手池就在床邊，很容易滑倒
4.在現在酒店全屋智能的市場環境下，這間酒店全屋不智能，甚至每個燈的開關都沒有標註是控制哪個燈的，所以你要開一盞燈，需要每個按鍵試一遍，非常不方便
5.安全通道指示標對着床鋪，且關不了燈，所以一整晚都亮着綠光，非常影響睡眠
6.蚊蟲多靠海的酒店確實沒法避免，衹能説害怕蟲子的人還是避雷吧，現在不是夏天都滿屋超級無敵大蚊子，賊恐怖
7.民宿位置離雙廊有一段距離，周圍餐飲什麼的設施都沒有，後面旁邊在建新的酒店，周圍是破破爛爛的路和環境，衹能説評論區圖片給的濾鏡太高了
8.這次奔海景房來的，實際上民宿在很偏的位置，想要看日落的還是換個選擇吧，且我住的房間外面還有一棵樹擋着，陽台非常窄，視野真的很一般很一般，跟宣傳圖片完全不符
9.可能是現在民宿都有這個服務要求，建微信羣，店家好幾個人在裏面，反覆確認、提供訊息，但我覺得沒必要這麼過度服務，甚至好多次感覺被打擾到
總體來説，入住前有多期待就有多失望

整個酒店就像一個大的置景，衹適合網紅擺拍‼️1.四點多到的偌大一酒店衹有一個小孩服務所有客人，直到第二天早上才出現其他服務員💁♀️2.所有客房落地窗都對着必經的公共花園，導致進酒店就跟二層剛運動完的男女來了波視覺震撼…在房間裏不拉窗簾就無私隱，拉窗簾就別看蒼山洱海3.馬桶間跟淋浴間還有洗手池在床頭，漏了一宿水，噴頭一直掉下來，整體施工質量堪憂。陽台的椅子全是爛的，坐着還得小心塌了。空調來時小管家就説有壞的可能，一宿裹着棉被瑟瑟發抖…總之衹為了拍照那景色是很好的，但真的沒法看細節，唯一一點安慰是早餐還可以。

2000的客房，我衹説兩點：
1.晚上有蚊子，房間裏沒有蚊香，最近的外賣蚊香要三個小時，聯繫24小時管家，八點半才回復我，真牛
2.有客遺需要郵寄，酒店不自己下單要求客人下單，下單了還不告知酒店的聯繫方式，要填自己的，真是絕了

酒店位於海東，地理位置很好距離雙廊近的同時又擁有視線無遮擋的絕佳海景，公區很大可在海邊用餐，這次住的大平層視野很好，房間非常乾淨，床品和沙發也舒適，管家王姐服務專業且熱情，入住時就在門口等我然後還詳細的介紹了酒店和房間的各項設施設備，外出吃飯也會幫我推薦和聯繫餐廳並幫我留好車位，讓我住的非常舒適，很棒的一次體驗

酒店的裝修風格 彷彿來到了意大利 細節滿滿 光看着就非常的開心！！！
本來定的最普通的房型，酒店給我升了兩級，有種免費住了三天的錯覺！！
贈送的旅拍服務，意外的出片，發完朋友圈後，朋友都以為出國玩去了😂
