雖然離古城很遠，但是離機場和車站都很近。這裏的海景無可比擬，又不會像在環海沿線般吵鬧。周圍點外賣都可以送上門，小區裏面還可以租電動車，加分。就是裝修上還可以更精緻點，設施設備比一般的民宿好一點點，但是床和枕頭品質還可以提升。總體來説，還是很滿意的。特別適合家庭出遊，比在酒店方便寬敞。

1.景色：最大的賣點～洱海美景與網頁所示相乎；最喜歡坐在陽台沙發上，每日可看盡洱海的不同景致（好贊）；
2.地理位置：民宿位於居民區內，附近有幾家食店；外賣選擇也很多，但配送基本上需要30分鐘以上送餐時間；
3.服務：細心、有禮、周到，無可挑剔；
4.美中不足：WiFi弱到沒朋友，手機訊號也好弱；有一個洗手間，無論是洗臉台、還是淋浴，水流太小了。
5. 總體性價比：經過三天的住宿，總舒適度非常高！上面提到的缺點都可以忽略不計～如果再來，這裡仍會在我的考慮之列。

設施：設施非常齊全，各種用品一應俱全，還有超大投影儀
衞生：很乾凈，每天也有收拾衞生的服務
環境：客廳是超大海景，非常出片，每天早上都可以看海拍照
