The hotel location was very strategic and near to airport and train station. The hotel has arranged a driver to pick us from the train station. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they even helped to order my fren's birthday cake. They have upgraded us to a room with nice seaview and it was awesome. Their breakfast was hearty too! Stayed here for 2 nights as 2nd part of our Yunnan trip. Superb location as it was just walking distance to Da Li Ancient Town. The owners are super friendly and nice, making sure we are well taken care of during our stay and that we layer up when the weather gets cold whenever we are going out. They even recommend places and things to buy and not to buy, the reasonable prices etc, which we feel was a very nice touch as we often get targeted to pay a tourist rate as we do not know the market. When we checked out, they even gave us some sourvenir to bring back and remember about Da Li. They have an adorable Corgi too. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we come back next time!
