Nice and clean but a bit old

No aircond in the room Location wise is good But is noisy Cleaners come everyday Bed is also comfortable

Relatively new hotel. Friendly and lovely staff.

The wardrobe in the room is too old. I originally went there for new decoration, but the decoration quality is not very good. The water in the bathroom bathtub is very slow, and the size of the toilet cover does not match the original toilet. Fortunately, the hotel is in a good location. ,

Good value for money. It was remodeled so it is clean. Breakfast is also worth it.

Everything was fine except the reception service. Booked a room for 3 people but was charged an extra person for the 3rd person. Checked in late. At 12 o'clock the hotel said they couldn't find the booking code, didn't resolve it, the customer had to contact Trip, it took more than 2 hours to check in, booked a room for 3 people without an extra bed but charged an extra person for the 3rd person? Will not come back.

The room was ok, it was clean and the location was great, but the staff were very let down. 1. Arrived at 8:00 p.m., the front desk couldn’t find the order. My order was a Ctrip prepaid order. After waiting for half an hour, I still couldn’t find it. The hotel asked me to check in first, and said that if I couldn’t find it, I would pay again at the hotel price of the night ,I agreed. 2. Very serious security risks. For the first time in so many years of staying in a hotel, the connecting door in the room was opened by a strange man. When I checked into the room and saw the link door, I would usually ask to change the room, but it was too late at night, so I tried several times by myself, and found that I couldn’t open it, so I started to collect things. Suddenly, a strange man opened the link door . I was so scared that I immediately blocked the door and called to change the room immediately. Later it was said that the hotel staff forgot to lock the door opposite. Thank God, it's unimaginable if I opened the room while I was sleeping. 3. Ctrip has performed well and has been following up on orders, and also promised that if the hotel cannot find an order, it will make up for the price difference. Miraculously, the hotel found my order after searching for 1 day and 1 night. When going out, the most important thing is safety. I dare not stay in such a hotel without money.
