"I rarely write reviews, but Safir Dahab Resort truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderful, especially the front desk receptionist who was very enthusiastic. We made a mistake with the shuttle bus schedule and checked out at 1 AM, only to realize the shuttle was for the morning. He kindly let us re-enter our room. The front desk manager in the picture is indeed the person I'm referring to. The only minor issue is that hotels in Egypt generally don't provide toothbrushes proactively; you usually have to ask for them."

"Awful on all counts. I booked them a day before check in because of all the reviews here. I was shocked at the reality! They hide the fact that this double room has a shared bathroom and shared living room. It’s a bad joke to call it deluxe! The room had a smell, there were no toiletries not even a towel on the shared bathroom, the air con looked 25 years old and seemed to have no effect, the common living room had a dirty sofa. Neither the bedroom nor the living room has any windows, it feels like a prison cell. The WiFi is so poor you have to stand out at the road to get mobile signal, the rear extra space in this room is a small rectangular floor surrounded by walls. This was awful in all counts. I left within 5 minutes of checking in but the customer service (whom you have to contact via Instagram!!) refused to refund. This place is a scam."
