"Worst experience ever, terrible and unclean toilet with flusher not working and I asked several times for someone to fix it, they fixed it in the last day leaving the toilet messy and unclean after the plumber left.The electricity went out several times at night and once in the morning. And the last day of my stay they asked me to change my room since another guest wants this room specifically and I refused and I was really offended with this weird request. Last time in this place."

"The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. Beach and reef is good. There is some fish also but not that much. Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total. And I got it last day I was in hotel. Everything else is perfect!"

"I stayed in this hostel in a single room in an apartment stile building (this is a 3rd building in the street where hostel has several separate buildings). The room had dirty blankets and high humidity - it was on the ground floor. I have seen also shared room and it looked pretty crowded with little space on the bunk beds and was very stuffy in the shared room. I didn't like the management style - it seemed very uninterested in creating a real hostel vibe story. It was more about upselling trips and transport options. Transfer option I found via app similar to Uber was 2x cheaper compared to Hostel transfer offer. I also noticed that many volunteers work here and the laundry area seemed unsanitary, which is logical as untrained and not professional stuff is doing all these chores. I wanted to change accommodation earlier but this hostel has only Non refundable policy."

"The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room. The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise. "What a lovely place Blue Residence is. I spent 1 month here and cant think of a negative part of my stay. Its in a quiet area of Mashraba about 10 minutes walk to cafes ATM's shops and restaurants. The staff work extremely hard and always on the go to ensure the complex is clean safe and secure. Staff are polite friendly helpful and well managed by a young man named Ahmed Ahmed regularly checks to ensure everything is going well with your stay and your apartment The swimming pool area is spotlessly cleaned and maintained...there is 24 hour security and the guys are ultra friendly There is a supermarket 100 metres from Blue Residence and the owner is an extremely friendly man. His prices are local prices and you wont get ripped off. He has a good selection of most things at very reasonable prices. Omar/Ahmed many thanks for a most enjoyable stay.
