The front desk service was excellent. The restaurant and cleaning services were also excellent.
The hotel is right by the sea. Snorkeling near the shore was free of coral and fish.
The beach was perfect for children to play in the sand.
The restaurant's food was excellent. They had seafood rice with crab, squid, and clams.

Love this hotel so muck everything here is very perfect and the staff is very helpful and rooms very clean and the food perfect and specially thnx the animation team and who's name( ibrahem mehana ) the pool bar man ❤️❤️❤️

My second day at the hotel. The receptionist, Yasmine, was very polite. She prepared my check-in papers and I had a special request for the room, and it was done quickly. reception staff are friendly. The room is very clean and the room service is good. The food is varied and renewed daily and has a wonderful taste Desserts are great The restaurant staff and chefs are smiling and the restaurant managers are professional. The animation team is entertaining and the Kids Area employee is friendly and the kids loved her. very good experience. I recommend the place and I will definitely repeat the visit.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 AM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The reception and staff were not helpful at all. While I was kept waiting for over 3 hours without any assistance, I noticed that foreign guests were given rooms immediately upon arrival. This kind of treatment is very unprofessional and unfair. I expected much better service and respect from the staff.
