A horrible facility. Dirty, slow service. There are young women working the front desk and restaurant and lacked any enthusiasm for the job. Never once asked how they could help us. We had ants crawling all over our breakfast table and they did nothing about it. Would serve us foo but provide no utensils. There were huge red branches hand rails leading up to the entrance so you couldn’t use them with out getting attacked. Same with the wash station for sandy feet. It was infested with red ants. They also allowed shirtless customer into the dining area and we subject to unbearable body odor. The oldest woman who I assume is the manager /owner was the only person who seemed professional but only saw her twice during the stay. It was an awful experience.

15 years ago, it was a great place with good facilities.
However, it is inevitable that the building will age over time.
It was cleanly managed and the staff were friendly, but the facilities are old, so please take that into account.
It is close enough to walk from the dock where the boats land.
The building is located on a high place, so the view is very good.
They provide an average breakfast for free, and you can have a fantastic experience of eating while looking down at the great view in a restaurant with a good view.
It is located in a place with good wind, so you can get by with just a fan, but if you don't like the heat, it would be a wise decision to choose an air-conditioned room.
If I come here again next time, I would definitely upgrade the room class and visit again.

Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the port, beautiful view from the room to the sea, large spacious room with air conditioning. We were upgraded for free. Delicious breakfasts, Filipino, American, you can order additional dishes. The hotel is located next to the bay, where you can meet baby sharks. Right next to the hotel there are a lot of starfish.

Excellent staff, polite and helpful. When we booked the room, it was the first floor, but when we arrived, they settled us on the second floor with a sea view. It was very nice.
Since people come to Malapascua mainly for diving, having a place to dry equipment is extremely necessary. We had a balcony where we could do this on the last day after diving. And the main thing is that after lunch the sun goes to the other side and there was shade on our side. It is important to wake up at dawn in order to admire the beautiful view and have time to put away the equipment. :)
The hotel makes breakfasts for the time you specify. If you go out to sea at 6 am, then having made an order for 5 am, it will be waiting for you at the reception hot.

Excellent location! You can see the sea and the sunset from the balcony, it’s so beautiful! Different breakfast options every day! If you need to go diving very early, they will prepare a lunch box for you and you can take your breakfast downstairs. What a great service! There is a diving shop next to it. Just go diving at the appointed time every day and then go out.
