It's beautiful here. I recommend this place. It's the best hotel on the island. The room service is also very clean and the transportation is convenient. If you like to enjoy the island, you can come here. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to stay at Buenos Vida last year but didn't get the chance to book it. I was looking forward to it this time but was disappointed. 1. The door lock of the room has always had problems. At first, I really had to use a lot of strength to lock it with someone holding the door. After it was locked, the key couldn't be pulled out. I reported it to the staff twice in four days and no one fixed it. The second time, the staff couldn't open it either. 2. On the fourth night, the power in the room was short-circuited. An employee fiddled with it for a long time but didn't respond. Finally, we were moved to another room... 3. The air conditioner in the new room was leaking. Moreover, the staff didn't apologize or explain the problems and impacts. They just said that the maintenance worker was on vacation and nothing happened.
I stayed at Buenos Vida last year and had a good experience. As a sister hotel, it is one of the most expensive resorts on the island. I was really disappointed this time.

We had a wonderful time at this place—I believe it’s the best spot in the area. It was my wife’s birthday, so we booked a beachfront seaside room.
Everything was perfect, from the early check-in (before 2 p.m.) to the recommendations about the island and the exceptional service throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
The breakfast was excellent, especially by Philippine standards, with plenty of healthy options and fresh vegetables.
The hotel also has its own bar, sun chairs, and a great atmosphere for relaxing.

The room was ok, but the restaurant was about 30%-50% more expensive than the Little Mermaid next door. When I arrived on the first day, they added several dishes that I didn't order to my bill. When I checked out later and said there was a problem, they said I had already signed and it wouldn't be refunded. I don't recommend eating at this restaurant.
