the room wasn’t well maintained, bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. but decent enough to stay if you’re alone but not for a romantic time with a partner. close to the beach and every other good places.

Not a good stay room that was booked not available good location near beach and restaurants

Close to the beach and a yellow flag area for swimming. Good coffee shops, restaurants and cafes right outside. Long walk to old town, depends what you want , old town or beach side. Beach is great, nice to walk swim and promenade. Lots of taxi and grab bikes to pick up easy

I searched for a room with balcony and sea view. I found and booked a room in Dragon Sea Hotel. When I arrived, I was told they were full and they brought me to another hotel. I had a room with no balcony and a big wall 3 meters in front of my window. No view at all. Also, the window didn't close but stayed 3cm open so even at night, there was street noise in the room.

I booked a room with a panoramic view of the sea, but when checking in, I was first offered a view of a brick wall, then a view of the neighboring building, explaining that there were no free rooms of this category today and they would move me tomorrow. But the next day, they offered a room with a view of a wasteland, and only from the balcony was the sea really visible. Otherwise, the hotel meets the stated conditions. The location is convenient, the sea and many cafes are nearby. There are also questions about hot water - in principle, it is there, but there is catastrophically little of it, you end up swimming under cold water

Near the sea, near the dragon bridge, everyone.. next time I will still come here

The hotel is old and the air conditioner leaked. We waited for a long time before someone came to fix it. We were dumbfounded that the air conditioner was repaired directly in front of us.

For the price of 1300 it's great, don't expect more

The accommodation has a beautiful view, not far to travel, convenient for shopping. At night, there are many things for sale next to the hotel. I recommend that if you stay here you shouldn't stay up late because people go to bed early here. The fun places are very close to this hotel. I recommend it to anyone who wants a place to stay that isn't too expensive. Recommender here

It's better not to stay here. I stayed here when I went to Da Nang in May, but when I checked in they said they couldn't confirm my reservation, so there was a bit of a fuss, and as a result the room I was given was not the ocean view room I had reserved, but a basement-like room with only a small window. The staff were unfriendly and ignored me when I said hello. Honestly, I don't know why it comes up in recommended searches. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was the worst hotel. I love Vietnam, but I just can't forgive this hotel.

The hotel does not have a motorbike parking space. In a room with 2 single beds, the blanket is only prepared for one bed. When I went down to ask the receptionist for additional help, I only had a blanket to put on, not a complete cover.
