Despite your acknowledgment, you only checked out close to 1:00 PM, which disrupted our housekeeping schedule and affected the next guest, who was waiting to check in at 2:00 PM. The 30% late check-out fee was communicated clearly and is in line with our hotel’s policy.You refused to pay the fee and attempted to leave without settling the charge. To resolve the matter, our staff temporarily held your luggage at the reception. Regrettably, during this time, you physically slapped and spat on our front desk staff, which is a highly inappropriate and unacceptable action in any professional environment.Furthermore, during your entire stay, we did not receive any complaints regarding odor or drainage issues in the room.
