Location is great - just seconds of walking to the plaza. However taxi need to back all the way down the alley (which they are fine) so it’s better to ask hotel staff to help with taxi when leaving. Amenities are slightly outdated as the elevator was under maintenance and need to wait for a few minutes for hot water in shower. Overall still good considering the price and location

The hotel is in a great location, with Plaza de Armas just outside the door and McDonald's and KFC right at the door. However, there is a nightclub next to the hotel, which is a bit noisy at night. The room facilities are typical of old-fashioned hotels, nothing much to say. The hotel guy is very enthusiastic and works hard to serve.

The staff were really friendly. They even let me store my luggage for free for my Machu Picchu tour, and they kindly explained how to use the room. Breakfast was also provided for free, and the quality was good! Except for the early check-out time, it was perfect!

石と漆喰の壁、フローリングのコロニアルのすてきなお部屋でした。私の滞在した部屋は三面鏡がありました。 朝食には、この辺りでは珍しくフレッシュジュースが提供され、思っていたよりグレード高いです。ホテルは侵入禁止のところにあるので、空港からのタクシーは、アルマ広場の東か西の角に止めてもらうといいと思います。少しスーツケースを引っ張って歩きますが、平らな石畳だし、いつも警備の人がいるから大丈夫。 空港に行く時はホテルでタクシーを頼んでもらうとちゃんとホテル近くまで来てくれるので、宿泊前にお願いしておくといいのかもしれません。あのロケーションでこの価格はなかなか無さそうです。 お隣がディスコなのか、インカの儀式みたいな音が2時ごろまで聞こえますが、ベッドの寝心地よいので寝てしまいました。

Hotel Tura Wasi is fe ideal hotel for a holiday in Cusco (Peru) For a short or longer visit, but also if you want to have Inca or Salcantray trail The staf is very friendly, and 24 hours available. The rooms are big, clean and have good showers. The Location is perfect. It is Just in corner of the major plaza, so all hotspots and restaurants are close. We arrived at Turiwasi without any real expectations of a hotel. After all, "boutique" encompasses so many things... Upon entering we were transported into a beautiful place with original Inca architecture at the very back (huge monoliths). Liz greeted us and showed us to our rooms where we found them to be quite big and with all the necessary things one needs on a short stay. When we left for the daily tour I found a guidebook on my way out and Liz was kind enough to let me borrow it for the next few days (even the days when we did not stay with them). Breakfast was delicious (especially the coffee). And the staff were kind enough to offer me some of the coffee grains they use for me to take home with me. Sadly, we left earlier than expected and I did not get to take the coffee with me, but the staff did everything possible to get it there on time. The location is incredible. You are 10 steps away from the Plaza de Armas.

Excellent hotel, impeccable service, plentiful and fresh breakfast. The staff takes great care. Unlimited coke mate and hot drinks throughout the day is a blessing.

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8 nights on 2 occasions! All the staff are really helpful and really care to make you feel comfortable! The rooms (I used 2) have a fantastic shower, cleanliness is very high and the breakfast is delicious! They gave me several tips on how to experience the city and also how to get around to other places! It's also 1 minute (literally) from the Plaza de Armas so you have any type of shop/restaurant at your fingertips and it's also very convenient for the guides to pick you up for the excursions!

The hotel is aesthetically very nice and the location is excellent, but in terms of services it leaves much to be desired. During our stay at the hotel we ran out of hot water and internet on many occasions, the cleaning of the room was not done every day and the cable TV did not work at any time. The staff was very attentive and polite but not very resolute in relation to the inconveniences we had

The best option in accommodation, an excellent location, everyone who attended us was very friendly, the breakfast was very rich and clean; The clean and comfortable rooms, definitely the best option to stay in Cusco, make you feel at home.
