Room is spaceous and clean, service is good, and location of the hotel is 10/10!!! Just practically near everything. Breakfast has also wide range of selections, but no variations daily. Stayed 7 days and served same breakfast everyday. Receptionist also limited english undestanding. Overall, great stay!

Just by HavaBus station in Taksim, reasonable price, nice breakfast with good variety. During my first stay night the pool was closed, but sauna was excellent. It can be my selection next time to enjoy the same benifits.

Very poor service and unclean hotel, the phone in the room wasn’t working, facilities very old.

Best location staff and front desk not cooperative at all Istanbul hotel staff and ppl attitude with clients are not friendly which I had notice all over Istanbul same may be they will lose there tourist

Service: Occasionally, the cup is broken, and the phone calls require mugs, but coffee cups are given. There is not even a decent hotel umbrella on rainy and snowy days. The variety of buffet breakfast is acceptable. Environment: There are many restaurants around, but the price is not affordable and the quality is average. It is okay to make your own travel guide and walk further. It is close to Independence Avenue and the airport bus, which is more convenient. Overall, it is acceptable.

The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to the airport bus station, 2 minutes away. The hotel is also close to Taksim Square, a few minutes walk away. It is also within walking distance to Istiklal Avenue. The hotel has a rich breakfast and the front desk is polite.

The hotel is very good. It is in the center. There is an airport bus at the door. It is not far from the subway. There are hotels all around. It is very popular. It is convenient to take a taxi. There is a small Starbucks downstairs

The location is incredible, its proximity to Taksim, the metro and the buses to the airport is unique. The rooms are renovated. The breakfast is great. The reception, room service, all the staff are helpful and polite. I would stay again and recommend it.

The room is clean and the transportation is convenient. It takes only one minute to walk to the airport bus transfer station. It is also very quiet at night.
