I stayed at this hotel for the second time and was impressed by its consistent quality. The room was spotlessly clean, and Sexually transmitted infection: and well-equipped with modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The staff were courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. My only complaint is that the milk vending machine was frequently out of stock, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant and reliable experience, making it a great choice for travelers. I would definitely consider returning for future stays.

Fellow Trip members, kindly be informed that the standard of room cleanliness in the new building (Annex single room) and buffet breakfast quality and taste had dropped quite significantly.

The location is near metro stations, lots of restaurants around and just a few minutes walk to the landmark, Tsutenkaku. The room is very clean, smells comfortable and quiet. You may need some time to adapt to the rules of the spa hotel if you are not familiar with them, but the receptionist politely explained everything. The spa is awesome and the breakfast is good.

Great stay great breakfast, shoes stay at shoe locker. luggage can be kept at luggage storage which is a lock you keep the key yourself. Onsen lockers need a 100yen coin which is refundable. My room even had the tower view!

the best hotel with onsen. the onsen had many different types as well as saunas. the room was somewhat clean and safe and we even had a view of the tower. the location of this was very good as well. we saw many ppl taking pics at the stairs outside the main door of the hotel because of the tower. we saw quite a few locals as well!

Just perfect - we enjoyed the stay - there also plenty of resteraunts close by and the breakfast was huge

The room is spacious by Japan standards and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, electric kettle, air purifier/humidifier, air-conditioning, and basic amenities. If you opt for daily housekeeping, they’ll replenish items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and body sponges. Towels are changed and trash is cleared daily as well. The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking or hot water, even at the lobby—so you’ll have to boil water using the kettle provided in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with a Don Quijote and FamilyMart nearby. There’s also a Daiso downstairs, along with plenty of restaurants and a game arcade. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety. It’s not extravagant but includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as curry rice, udon, pickles, grilled salmon, takoyaki, cold tofu, salads, warabimochi, sausages, chicken rings, fried chicken, cereals, milk, bread rolls with spreads, soft serve ice cream, DIY waffles, fruits, and beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.

Great for families with kids. Times flies as there are too many things to do inside the hotel. Indoor swimming pool, spa, arcade, karaoke, food park… The check in and check out process were self help. Check in time at 3pm. Check out time at 10am. After check out you can stay in the hotel and use the facilities. Good for those who need to hang yout for a little while more before their flight. Walking bare foot in the whole hotel building is a brand new experience for all of us. The swimming pool is only accessible by going through the female and male changing rooms which are on different floors. If a dad has to bring a daughter to the pool they will have to go in separately, which is not optimal.

my room is at the new building. toilet and shower is new. room size is large compared to other osaka hotel the strange thing is that the hotel (maybe due to Japan spa/onsen bath requirements) requested everyone to take off shoe and store at with locker the spa is excellent, many facilitiesto try; pool and gym too. the hotel is close to subway. however, it has a long stairs at the entrance. I always use the escalator at parking to go up and down.

Convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. If you have tattoo not preferred to stay here as they are very strict. U cannot enjoy the hot bath. Room is spacious.

Have you ever stayed in a hotel where you must take your shoes off before you enter? Well this place is the place. Spaworld offers multiple style onsen/saunas from different parts of the world. With a kids water park it also gives everyone something to do. This hotel is mostly self check in and self check out but the frustrating part is you have to scan a wrist ban to get into the hotel every time, (which doesn’t read all the time) for the experience it was fantastic. Warning to those travelling with luggage, the hotel does not allow payment for luggage to be transferred to a hotel but got to the family mart and they will assist. Thanks for the experience!

It was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there. Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned. Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.

satisfied with hotel but not trip.com, I've reserved for 2 adults and 1 child, but trip.com only help me to reserve for 2 adult, which made me need to pay extra 1000yen fee for my daughter😡
