This is no longer an extended stay hotel (now being branded as The Retreat at Crystal Manatee) and is in the process of being updated. It is charming- the first 28 rooms are nicely appointed and fresh and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is access to a continental breakfast and snacks, ice and beverages. Not fancy but very nice. Great location for doing anything in Crystal River. All the guests were very friendly too- since there are no balconies, everyone sits outside their room in nice iron chairs.

This place was perfect! We loved the quiet neighborhood with the big, beautiful trees and within walking distance to the water, shops, and restaurants. The people were very friendly and the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. They even bring fresh pastries to your room every evening! The bed was comfortable and my husband loved the panel tower system shower. They have a small continental breakfast area that you can access anytime of day. I loved the cappuccino machine. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay while in Crystal River, this place is perfect.

My family stayed here after we swam with the manatees and it was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and beautiful and the bed was so comfy. They provide light breakfast foods, drinks and coffee all day. Great location as well.
