"We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10."

"We stayed in Crewe central , very welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door . Very chatty and friendly receptionist. Receptionist went to see if room was ready , quick check in . Cleaner was also very chatty and friendly to us . Couldn’t fault our room . Comfy bed . Ate in the pub linked to the hotel my food was lovely and cooked to order . Breakfast in the morning was super to , cooked to order again for you . Couldn’t fault our stay"

"Management appears to be very poor, No one answering phone calls in reception for most of Friday morning Jan 30th,and long wait on Saturday 31st. Arrived on Saturday 31st at 10-30 pm. Bedroom was freezing, no heating on and windows wide open!! Had to get the night portef tofind us another room. The booking for this had been made some weeks beforehand.
