Very clean, the front desk is very welcoming, the facilities are complete, and there are slippers!
I stayed here for work. There were many simple things that could be corrected to make your stay better. For example they have a mini bar and on the list there are a number of items you can have, open the bar and there’s next to nothing inside. Either have a mini bar or doesn't, having a half empty one with little choice show a lack of attention to detail. The hotel offers free wifi, it seemed very patch. Sometime it worked sometime it didn't. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, we had a beer outside and they bought olives and bread. A nice little touches which we appreciated. I would stay here again.

Ponte di Rialto is nice place to stay. Hotel offers free BF and WiFi. Location of hotel is few steps from Central Crema. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and quite. Hotel is centrally air-conditioning, I stayed in winter and it's quite warm inside. Reception staff is quite cooperative and ready to help you out. Breakfast variety is also good. Hotel has nice restaurant which offers you in door and out door sitting space.

This is our 3rd stay at Ponte do Rialto. The rooms are very large and clean. Paolo at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating with great dinner recommendations. Continental breakfast is included.

I have been staying at this hotel for years and it continues to get better. The service is great, location is fantastic and the rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast is great and the gent with the cut tie makes a great cappuccino.

Really nice and unexpected hotel just outside the walls in front of the entrance to the beautiful old town. Perfectly located with very nice and professional staff. The room was huge and had everything we may have needed. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. We’ll come back.

Staying at this hotel was a very nice experience. It’s located right in the center of Crema, so I could go and see the sights on foot. I absolutely loved the breakfast. I had aircon in the room and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a very good sleep. They staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked the fact the place was so quiet. The goldfish and the carriage outside my room added a nice atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ponte di Rialto hotel. The room was perfect for us, and was clean and welcoming. It was very hot and sunny during our stay and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool! We stayed in an apartment at the back of the hotel which was away from the road, very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, lots of choice (the pancake machine and huge tub of chocolate spread was a favourite with our teens!). The staff were great especially with our limited Italian and gave us restaurant recommendations as well as advice on how to use public transport and anything else we needed. The location of the hotel is great for an easy stroll into Crema where there are plenty of places to eat in the evening and things to look at. We hired a car and there was ample parking at the hotel too, even had EV chargers if we had needed them. We loved our stay and would definitely return if we holiday in northern Italy again!

Good location, nice building, very warm and efficient staff, nice room, good breakfast, but... the noise from the adjacent room! When the water ran there it sounded as in my room. Same when somebody soke from their bathroom to the main room. Luckily my neighbors didn't use it in the night, so I enjoyed a good sleep

This hotel was old fashioned and should be avoided at all costs. I have never been treated so rudely in over 30 years of travelling by hotel staff as at this hotel. The Receptionist at the Hotel threatened to call the Police because my Credit Card was refused. I ended up paying with a second card which worked but I was accused of being violent and rude and told to get out immediately. Unacceptable behaviour from a hotel receptionist who also told me to pay immediately with another card because she had an emergency to deal with at another hotel.

A very nice and nice hotel in a nice location in Crema in Italy. Very nice hotel rooms, which were clean and well ventilated. It was well insulated for sound. Good breakfast and pleasant service at all levels.

I visited Crema with my daughter as I am a huge fan of the movie Call Me By Your Name which was filmed there and the surrounding areas. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of our tour guide Gary (The Elio Oliver Love Tour which I will do a separate review for) plus the fact that it had a 24 hour reception desk was vital as our flight into Bergamo was at 2am. Room 24 was on the second floor of the main building and was perfect for us as it was actually two separate bedrooms, both with king sized beds with a shared bathroom. I just loved the wooden shutters and sloped ceilings. The beds are firm which I like and as it faced the back of the hotel it was very quiet. Huge wardrobes - they could do to invest in a load of huggable hangers (the velvety coat hangers) but minor issue. There are a few spiders that find their way into the hotel but it’s a rural area and it can’t be helped. The breakfast was buffet style with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruit, apricot juice, ham, pastries, pancakes, tart ( if you know the film it was very much a Perlman’s breakfast!) The staff are brilliant and were very patient and helpful with my shockingly poor Italian (I tried!) and they happily accommodated every request such as an iron in the room and a take-out breakfast for a very early start one day to get to Sirmione before the crowds. In summary, great value for money hotel in a perfect spot for exploring the area with friendly helpful staff.
