We were given a voucher for an afternoon tea for two and chose to use it for a joint birthday celebration. We were served by Emily who was professional yet friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble except trying to eat it all! The tea selection was extensive and the food was lovely and plentiful. Lovely afternoon.

We had our wedding at The Old Hall on 10th October and just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff there, especially Georgie who went above and beyond to make our day special. The food was fantastic, so tasty, love the homemade touches, hotel was stunning and beds so comfortable. Enjoying our breakfast here at the old hall today. 5* service from an incredible team at the Old Hall Coventry...we celebrated our intimate wedding reception and were treated like royalty 👑 highly recommended for overnight stays and to celebrate any kind of special occasion. Personal thank you to Georgie for understanding the brief and delivering exactly what we asked for. Once again incredible service and recommend to anyone wishing to host any kind of occasion. We visited The Old Hall for a last minute Indian Afternoon Tea. From the minute we entered we were taken aback not only by the beautiful surroundings but the lovely friendly welcome we received from Kate & Georgie. A beautifully presented selection of Indian treats and cakes and scones were brought out to us. The quality and quantity of food provided was exceptional. Throughout this wonderful experience Georgie was extremely attentive and couldn't do enough for us.We all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and the customer service and professionalism displayed by Kate and Georgie was second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Old Hall for afternoon tea (especially the Indian one!!) Thanks again to Kate & Georgie for such a memorable day!

Thank you to Katie, Georgie and all the staff at The Old Hall Hotel for making our Celebrations of our daughter’s forthcoming wedding run smoothly. We were welcomed from the first time we entered the hotel to book the celebration. The staff took time to explain different options and dietary requirements were met. We had a lovely afternoon tea / Chai bringing two families and friends together. The food was delicious and represented our cultures.The room was set up for people to mix and the atmosphere was just perfect. This hotel is beautiful and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything our guests also said this is a perfect venue. P.S they also have lovely cafe !!
